I came during ***** new year, so everything was dead in this area. Difficult to review 😁.
Room was huge! and clean. There was no cleaning of the room in between but only stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff always there.
Unfortunately had no Breakfast (opposed to what booking said).
Location is “far” from centre around 4 km, so for those wanting to go out every night not good. But on plus, much more quiet if you OK to take a cheap taxi after some partying.
Distance to beautiful west lake also not too bad,

It's in a very convenient area. There are no security issues. The room was very clean and easy to use. I like that there are two toilets and bathrooms. We stayed on the 7th floor, which had a great view and you could smoke on the balcony. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

Celebrating the New Year with friends in Hanoi was very fun, the memories were very memorable so I wrote them down here to keep. The staff are very enthusiastic, cheerful, and supportive.
