I visited around 10pm and called them, they just said they're closed. Very disappointed, for Hanoian also, no Responsibility and cold blood while customers spent a Long time to travel here. Dont wanna visit here again and should stay away from this place

Pretty sure this accomm doesn’t exist and the reviews on booking . com are fake!! Told me on the day of arrival that they were having renovations done and I could stay at another property they owned. I booked 1 month before arrival and they didn’t think to tell me before?! I refused their offer. I found another review online saying they did the same thing to him but this was 3 months ago!! If the renovations story is true then why are they still accepting bookings even TODAY! It was a real inconvenience and panic whilst about to board my plane to Hanoi and having to sort out new accommodation! Do not book here!!!

We booked one night with them through ***********, but when we arrived there was nobody. They did not answer our messages, while we were unable to check in. We arrived in the evening and had to look for another place to sleep. Eventually they cancelled our booking at 3am, whithout an explanation.
