酒店位置位於熱鬧街區，也非常接近著名觀光景點的環劍湖，購買越南當地名產或品嚐當地傳統美食都非常方便，至於酒店房間個人認為非常乾淨，酒店除提供大小毛巾外，對於盥洗用具也完整提供，冷氣也非常牆，特別一提是早餐提供多樣化主食可選用，沙拉吧也有咖啡果汁水果等，下次還會再選擇此家酒店。

Отель хороший, вежливый персонал, номер уютный, удобная кровать, отличные завтраки, но расположение в старом квартале не порекомендую .. грязно очень , ужасный запах, сильно шумно , хаотичное движение, все тротуары заставлены мотобайками , невозможно пройти по улице. Цены в этом районе очень сильно на все завышены. В старый город можно просто приехать, чтобы посмотреть его достопримечательности.

- 올드쿼터 내에 있어서 호안끼엠 주변까지는 걸어서 5분 내로 이동 가능
- 골목길에 있어서 차량으로 이동하기에는 조금 불편
- 사파 이동 시 해당 위치도 픽업 가능
- 바로 앞에 많이 가는 미도 스파 있음

- 호텔이 전반적으로 작은 편이나 룸은 크기도 괜찮고 화장실도 공간 여유있음
- 시설이 약간 노후화되기는 했으나 청소도 잘되어있고 깔끔해서 불편한 사항 없었음
- 비데는 수동비데만 있음

- 다른 후기들처럼 직원들이 매우 친절하고 서비스 정신이 좋음
- 조식은 6:30부터이나, 아침에 사파 이동 픽업 등이 있으면 조금 더 이른 시간에 준비해줌
- 조식도 꽤 맛있는 편이었음
시설이 오래되기는 했으나 관리를 매우 잘하고 있고, 다른 후기들처럼 직원들이 너무 친절함
호안끼엠 주요 관광지 걸어서 5~10분 내 이동 가능하기 때문에 택시를 자주 타고 이동할게 아니라면 위치도 매우 좋은편
특별하게 불편한 사항이 없고 가격이 매우 싸기 때문에 가성비 측면에서는 최고의 호텔
