This is the best hotel i have ever stay in hanoi. The rooms are spacious and awesome. Prices are very good. The breakfast options were good. The hotel have supermarket and various restaurants in it's compound. In hanoi this hotel would be my only choice. My family members enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful room and hotel.
Fully decked out room with kitchenette and laundry- perfect if you’re staying for a longer period of time.
The restaurants in the hotel are definitely worth a try - very good Japanese food.
The location is not the best - a lot of construction work nearby and it’s mainly accessible by car. Walking on the Main Street can be challenging.

When I checked in, the female staff member had a lovely smile and I really liked her. I can't speak either English or Vietnamese, but she explained everything to me carefully, which I appreciated. Also, when I asked her to arrange a taxi to the airport the next day, she responded quickly, and since I was leaving early that day, she prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower and toilet were comfortable to use, so I had nothing to complain about. I only stayed one night, but I was very satisfied. The welcome drink and fruit were delicious. The service was particularly good, and I would like to stay here again if I go to Vietnam. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
