Very good location. The air conditioner is central so it's not cool. I booked a window room but there was no window.

The environment is noisy. Walkway doors and windows make it difficult to rest quietly. Service is average. There is no choice for breakfast, only pho. Hygiene is okay. The facilities are old.

By and large a good hotel for a night sleep. For the price it's unbeatable just down the road from Tràng Tien Plaza and one street from Hoàn Kiem.
