フロント、朝食会場、ドアマンすべてのホテルスタッフの人たちが親切で最高でした。
立地も湖近くで、飲食店も多い場所で旅行に最適で、観光に疲れたら少しホテルに戻って休憩ということもしやすかったです。
また出発が朝早かったため朝ごはんが食べれないということで、チェックアウトの時にヨーグルトやフルーツ、サンドイッチまで渡していただき心遣いが嬉しかったです！
またハノイに行く時は、必ずこのホテルにします。

在河內非常滿意的住宿，迎賓登記時賓至如歸，有歡迎茶點，幫忙行李送到房間。房間也衞生敞亮，温度合適。早飯在九樓，內容豐富美味，服務生介紹單獨菜單的越南米粉，並不斷的推介好東西。退房時候也非常熱情温馨，絕對好評。
環境：地理位置非常好，環劍湖旁邊的小巷裡，樓下就有一家著名的雞肉米粉店，隔壁弄堂是著名的pho 10，還有早晚都熱鬧的大教堂。隔壁小弄堂是spa一條街，可以放鬆一下。

Was greeted by their great hospitality upon arriving the hotel w fruit juices, cakes and fresh towels. The location is great too. Walking distance (3-5 mins) to Hoen Kim Lake. Surrounding is also not v noisy although it’s near to the busy street. Skybar is also great to chill at. Lastly, they gave us a coffee powder as a gift upon checking out. Highly recommend to consider this hotel when you’re visiting Hanoi!

Warm hospitality and great staff, friendly and helpful. The location is also ideal making Solaria the perfect place to stay. Breakfast is solid and I was impressed with the coffee and the vegan option. Thanks!
