After arriving in Hanoi, we stayed for 2 nights, stayed in Sapa for 1 night, and then stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. After returning from Sapa, I let my guard down and got pickpocketed near Hoan Kiem Lake.When I went to the nearby police station to fill out some paperwork, an older man from the hotel staff came to visit me. In the end, only the cash was taken from my wallet, which was quickly found, but when I was depressed, I was smiling and trying my best to cheer me up, and even took my luggage with me to the hotel on a motorbike. ,Thank you very much. Also, when I returned, they upgraded my room, booked a taxi for me at a cheap price, and helped me with everything.
