It would have been better if we could use the refrigerator in the room. However, when I told the front desk staff, they let me use the refrigerator in the kitchen, which was nice.

The service staff were hospitable and answered all our questions. They also helped us book transportation and itinerary to Halong Bay. Unfortunately, the price on trip.com was 30% higher than other websites (because I was too busy and didn’t check the price). After I checked in, I realized that it was much more expensive. The customer service staff could only give me about 100 yuan in coins. Save it for next time, hope the website can be improved

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. We like so much the spacious rooms, cleanliness and convenient location of the hotel. The service of Dinh (Ms) and Tom (Mr) is exceptionally. They walked extra mile to help us on the payment issue and upgrade our room. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs and request. We enjoyed very much our stay there.

Hotel well located in the old quarter where you can walk, the junior suite is spacious and the balcony is nice. However, the bedding is too soft and the internet is not great. The staff is friendly and ready to help, they take care of your transfers to the airport and will offer excursions

Lovely hotel in the old quarter and close to everything, the room was large and the bed super comfy my only concern was the shower over the bath I prefer walk in. The balcony was nice. Staff were exceptional we had some language barriers at times but front of house staff were awesome. I would definitely stay again.

I booked a room with a balcony, but was put in a room with no balcony or window. I was in that room for 2 out of 3 days. I chose this hotel because it has a balcony, but it was a very disappointing stay. I was told that I would get a discount of 300,000 dong, so I paid 60,000 dong in addition to the discount.

Highly Recommended, Excellent Service. Would stay again! 1 minute after making my reservation, I was able to immediately make contact so that they could pick me up from a previous reservation. James was extremely helpful especially during my time of need, mind you this was past 1am in the morning. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for all kinds of travellers. Very friendly reception - always smiling and willing to assist. Check in and out were both great experiences. Great Location. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!

Prior to my family trip to Hanoi and Sapa, Tracy Dinh Nguyen (front desk officer) provided excellent service in explaining and coordinating all the pick-ups, hotel and tickets to the attractions. Great service rendered from James (hotel manager) and Tracy which made our stay in Hanoi and Sapa enjoyable and memorable.

Mercury Central Hotel Hanoi was a wonderful place with great vibe of the staff. Mai was the best, she was very kind and went out of her way to check the Halong bay Cruises for us. She booked for me a great Cruise trip with very low price compare to the other agencies. The room was nice and my bed and pillow was fantastic. Thank you very much, Mai!
