The location of this hotel is excellent. Is walking distance to all the shops and cafes yet not noisy at all. Is just a minute walk to St Joseph cathedral .
This is a small boutique hotel and they provide excellent service. The service offered by the front desk staff Thomas, Lisa and Sunny are one of the best I experienced in a hotel stay. Thank you too for the surprise cake.
Hotel room size is not too big though and if you have mobility issue, might want to choose a room with no bath tube as you need to climb in and out of the bath tube for shower.

1. Location: It is a good location to get around in Hoan Kiem. The cathedral is right next to it, and the beer street and lake are also worth walking around.
2. Cleanliness: A filter shower is a must... definitely!
The shower room floor was not cleaned well on the first day, but it was clean the next day.
3. Friendliness: The reception staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
4. Breakfast: Breakfast was very satisfactory for the price.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the middle of "tourist Hanoi" The Old Quarter if you go one street, The French Quarter up another, and Lake Hoam Kiem if you turn right one block.
Aptly named, front door turn left and St Josephs Cathedral, turn right and 20 meters enter Ba Da Temple, close to 1000 years old, but lots of rebuilds. Open your hotel window and listen to the chants and prayers from the Nuns and Priests - most days.
The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast is included, a changing Buffet, and worth the stay alone.
Tours organised, laundry done, and taxis or Ubers, and lots of other advice and assistance.
I gave it 5/5, it made my nearly 2 week stay a memorable pleasure.

Great location. The streets around the temple are always full of life. Lots of great establishments around, easy to get around. The room is quiet, excellent service, good breakfast. We liked.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming! Offering pick up and drop off services to and and from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable alongside all expected amenities. The breakfast was incredible and totally worth it, a really great start to the day! A convenient area to get around the city with lots around it too! Would 100% go back!
