I'm not sure if they checked the room properly after the previous guest left, as there were half-eaten cookies (not sure when they were made), a used mask in the drawer, and a half-used toothbrush on the bathroom mirror. It wasn't very clean. I heard that there were bugs when my parents went there, so I booked breakfast, but I never went there. I guess it can't be helped since the price was cheap. The woman at the reception tried her best.

Amazing service. The people at the reception were super helpful & very friendly. The place had everything you need. They cleaned my room & provided new towels everyday. The old quarter is walkable- this location is great for people who don’t like the chaos down at the old quarter/lake Hoan Kirk part of the city.
