It was a very nice hotel. When I checked in, I was given a paper with a list of things to be careful of in Vietnam. He also gave us a map and information about where we were going. They carried my luggage and exchanged money at a good rate. It was a really nice hotel, they kept my luggage after I checked out without making a single unpleasant face! The room was clean and the cleaning was excellent. Good location too!

This was such an awesome trip. It was a bit like a whirlwind when you first arrive. But they helped with EVERYTHING!
They were so kind and welcoming it was like staying at your family's home. During my stay it was quite cold and they went to great lengths so that my room would be warm and I was comfortable. I was there around the New Year holiday and they even welcomed me with a meal. All in all great people, great experiences. Will definitely be back! 😁

Location was great, within walkable distance to interesting attractions such as the train street, the cathedral, a temple and many more. Staffs are very knowledgeable about the area and are more than willing to help arrange your trip.
