Had a great time in this hotel. They are co-operative and extremely clean. Loved my stay. Also, in the middle of the busy street so you won’t feel secluded. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, spa as well. Have good breakfast buffet as well.

Vị trí thích hợp cho những ai thích đi dạo tham quan phố cổ Hà Nội và các điểm du lịch mang tính lịch sử tại Hà Nội. Phòng hơi nhỏ (tuy nhiên đất chật người đông thì chỉ thế thôi) nhưng sạch sẽ. Ăn sáng buffer thấy cũng tốt nha mọi người, ẩm thực Việt Nam nên dễ ăn. Phục vụ các món ăn Việt Nam. Thái độ phục vụ thân thiện.

It is a nice place to stay. Breakfast is good. Room is quite big and have big bathroom. In winter you can on the heater. Receptionist and staff are well mannered and cooperative. Good service. staff are very helpful. Market place is nearby. It was an great experience. Rooms are spacious. Given extra blankets for comfort. A must stay at Hanoi. Receptionist makes us understand everything in detail. They have provided with a map which makes it easy to carry and roam nearby places.

Nhân viên Lễ tân thân thiện, nhiệt tình, chu đáo và niềm nở. Vị trí thuận tiện khi đi thăm phố cổ và khu di tích Hồ Chí Minh. Đây là là thứ 4 tôi ở khách sạn này, đoàn tôi luôn luon được tiếp đón nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Các thành viên trong đoàn rất vui khi được lưu trú tại đây.

Lors d'un circuit au Vietnam nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Hôtel situé dans une rue passante, bruyante et animée. Bon petit déjeuner. La chambre est bien par contre les photos sur le site sont différentes de la réalité. Change en face de l'hôtel.

Was here as a part of a tour group. Staff, breakfast and the location were the good things. This would have to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I have ever stayed in in Vietnam. You could see the grime build up everywhere. Broken furniture and holes in the walls.

I stayed here on and off for 3 nights as part of a tour. The room was quite comfortable, and the standard amenities were provided. Breakfast was quite nice ... and the coffee was drinkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For some reason, the architect decided to have the lift stop between floors, rather than on them! Weird, and it meant you always had at least half a flight of stairs to carry your baggage if you used the lift.
