Being in Muong Thanh for a long time feels familiar like home 😂
The receptionists are enthusiastic and adorable
The facilities have been renovated a lot after the epidemic

I chose a room for 2 people, and checked out late. I asked to be provided with 2 additional bottles of mineral water for free because we only received 2 bottles of 330ml for both days and 1 night, but the receptionist asked us to pay for these 2 bottles of mineral water? I have never encountered a situation where I had to pay a fee because I needed to use additional mineral water at other hotels. I was quite surprised because it was only 2 bottles of mineral water and the amount of water provided was too small. The quality of service was not worth the price. money I spent.

Muong Thanh Grand Hoang Mai is convenient for my work so I chose to stay here. After covid, the hotel repaired and renewed the room quite ok.
The receptionist is friendly and cute
The breakfast buffet has been eaten for 3 years and hasn't changed much 😂
