Tôi chọn phòng 2 người, và trả phòng muộn. Tôi yêu cầu được cung cấp thêm 2 chai nước suối miễn phí do chúng tôi chỉ nhận được 2 chai 330ml cho cả 2 ngày 1 đêm nhưng lễ tân yêu cầu phải trả phí cho 2 chai nước suối này? Tôi chưa gặp trường hợp phải trả phí vì cần dùng thêm nước suối ở những khách sạn khác tôi khá bất ngờ vì nó chỉ là 2 chai nước suối và số lượng nước được cung cấp quá ít, Chất lượng dịch vụ không xứng đáng với giá tiền tôi đã bỏ ra .
I chose a room for 2 people and checked out late. I only received 2 bottles of 330ml for the whole day and 1 night. I wanted to get 2 more bottles but the receptionist's answer was that it’s not free. I was quite surprised because there were only 2 bottles of mineral water and the amount of water provided was too little. I think the service quality is not commensurate with the price.

조식 뷔페인데.식수인원 파악이 되지않아서 음식량이부족하며.주방의 조리원들의 써비스정신이 부족하다. 조식 오픈 타임이06시인데 07이후에 식당에가면 먹고싶은 메뉴는 없다.
