The location is great. We used this hotel for a group of students on a field trip. It had everything we needed to make the trip a success.

The person occupying the hotel room I had booked was not feeling well and could not check out, so I was taken to our sister restaurant on a motorbike.
I was worried because I had already paid for the room, but I was glad that the room was quite large.
Also, the Great Church of Hanoi is right in front of the balcony of the room! (The room I originally booked was a lake view room of Hoan Kiem Lake, so I was satisfied with it without any negative points.)
I had the best time drinking coffee while looking at the Great Cathedral of Hanoi from the balcony.
The only downside was that we were on the 6th floor, the top floor, without an elevator. . It was tiring to climb up every day. . On the last day of checkout, I was worried about whether or not I should pay a tip and have my luggage carried, but I did my best lol.
There's only one key and no chain. I was worried as I was a solo female traveler. . It was nothing, though.
Also, there was no water coming out of the shower.
I told them in the lobby that there was no water coming out of the shower and asked a young male staff member to come, but the water pressure was still weak and I couldn't wash my hair properly, so I had to go to the beauty salon every day to get it washed (lol).
All the staff treated us courteously.
At the time of check-in, I was able to arrange a taxi on the day of my return, so everything went smoothly.
Could you exchange 500,000 dong for something smaller? Thank you for responding with a smile.
I splurged a bit and chose a room that cost 10,000 yen per night, but I was able to enjoy my solo trip with peace of mind. thank you very much.

I booked this hotel for my family, I called them in advance to check if they have available rooms and if the room has enough beds as described on the website or not. After they received my call, they said I should book the room directly with them because there were not many rooms left, the funny thing is: before the call, I checked on different booking websites and still saw they had the room which I wanted to book, like 2-3 rooms. BUT AFTER the call, immediately all the rooms are not available to book online anymore LOL
What a cheap and unprofessional attitude! They put their price on those agoda, booking, hotels, trips much cheaper than their walking room so when they knew the guests would come to their place on that day for that room, they set them unavailable immediately.
So luckily, they forgot to close their hotel on Trip.com and that's why they got this review.

I mistakenly booked in on the wrong day but arrived after checkin time and they wouldn’t let me change my day even though I wouldn’t be staying in Hanoi that night which seemed a little inflexible but those were the rules. They did offer to hold onto my bags if I didn’t want to take them to the tour I was going to for the next two days but I decided not to take them up on that offer. The room I had, had a window and was pleasant for the price. It is in a ice location very close to the lake. Besides them not being flexible with the dates the staff were friendly. However given their inflexibility on the dates, when I returned to Hanoi two days later, I booked in with a different hotel for two days rather than go back there.

Not the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. Stain on furniture and bedding. Quite slow WiFi. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
