The front desk staff was polite and kind. I only stayed for one night, but I would like to stay there again when I visit Hanoi. Excellent location close to tourist spots.

Friendly staff.. clean but facilities were poor..
The bathroom door doesn't lock... the bed is right under the air conditioner... my head hurts because of the air conditioner... there's no toilet inside... the location is inside a market so it's crazy...

Good place to stay. Near to old quarter beer street. Near ho hoan kiem lake. Near banh 25, famous food store here in hanoi. Can easily pick up by tour attraction shuttle. There a lot of resto and spa beside the hotel.

Good staff and give us late check out till 2 pm, no breakfast available, quite big family room, stay for 2 nights but they didn’t clean the room,
