The service is very good. I like Vietnamese noodles for breakfast, so I eat out every day. I haven't eaten the hotel's breakfast, so I can't comment on it. However, the location is very good, and the room and the hotel are very clean. It is worth recommending. I will choose to stay here next time.

Totally enjoyed staying at LA Passion. It is very close to everything so we were able to walk practically everywhere.
Staff were all very nice and easy to converse with.
I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup for breakfast.

First off, the location is unbeatable. Very central get away from the super noisy bars. Do note that morning there will be a rooster waking you up around 7am. Managed to check in smoothly. The staff Joseph is friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are. The design of the hotel looks like mandarin oriental, still pretty good looking. The bed is comfortable. In terms of house keeping, they do it every single day. Even though I specifically put the Do not Disturb sign. It felt nice to come back with my bed made and the room is clean up.
The shower gel and bath are recycled. They basically reuse the bottles. I’m fine with that. Do not use the room slippers, cause it’s reused too. I’m not using the same slippers from other guests. Aircon works well for me. Hot water also. But there is one day the hot water have some issues. So I showered with cold water. Only tried the breakfast one time. Wasn’t ideal as I didn’t really enjoyed any of the food. Rooftop bar still renovating I guess.
Overall, if the price is not too expensive, I will consider staying here again. Thanks to the good level of service.

Really friendly staff, best service
All the staff working in all fields are really friendly
I also used the Halong Bay tour here and it was very good
The staff speaks English well, so there is no problem with communication.
And the interior was pretty and the room was spacious and comfortable, so I had no problems staying for 2 nights.
The location is very good and above all, the friendly staff was the most helpful. Thank you

Awesome hotel with excellent location with walkable distance for shopping , street food , Beer street .. Breakfast was excellent with good spread and staffs are very helpful and best in class service with cute and smiling face always .. We also got good exchange rate for our currency in the hotel itself .. We really love this hotel and we wanted to come again and stay here very soon..

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Hanoi! The rooms were lovely, spacious and modern. Linh and Anna were especially accommodating and very friendly. Perfect location, right between the old quarter and the French quarter. Would highly recommend this hotel! Wish we stayed longer here.
