Reservé este hotel para llegar a Hanoi y tuve que cancelar la reserva porque no me dejaron volar desde Kuala Lumpur. Cuando pedí por favor (con muchas horas de anticipación) si podía cancelar la reserva y que mi dinero fuera reembolsado, se negaron y no me ayudaron. Considero que es muy malo hacer esto con los huéspedes, sobre todo si es por fuerza mayor.

The worst hotel that I’ve ever seen.When I arrive there,the owner shouted to me .He said there is no booking with my name.He didn’t check properly and he doesn’t speak English.When I show my check in voucher,He responded me impolite.And the room is moldly,old and dirty.A/C was okay. He asked us to rent a bike from hotel .When we refused , he kept on reminding us the check out time.That’s so irritating,annoying .Greedy Vietnamese ! don’t trust the good reviews! There is no lift and you have to take a taxi or bus to get Hanoi old town.

La primera habitación que tuvimos estuvo correcta, pero la segunda fue inaceptable, toda la habitación, las sábanas y la almohada olían a tabaco hasta tal punto que tanto mi pareja como yo nos despertamos varias veces durante la noche debido al fuerte olor.

그리고 방에서 나무문을 열었더니 대형 보일러실이...
그리고 누가 청결하다는데...저는 도마뱀이 돌아다는 방에서 잘 자신이없어서 밤에 다른곳구해서 나왔습니다

Place is good for the price. Just the staff doesn't speak English and you can here the noise of everybody so don't expect to sleep late.
