The services at the front desk, restaurant, bar, and room cleaning are quite good. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and the garden is beautiful, clean and full of spring. Both restaurants have good taste and reasonable prices. The service is particularly commendable, and I am also very satisfied with the recommended dishes. The hotel is very cost-effective. The only drawback is that the breakfast options are not many and the quality is average. In addition, the location is too far from the city center, making it inconvenient for sightseeing. The scenery is amazing, everything else is okay, the breakfast is average, the scenery is worth 90% of the price, one of the hotels with the best scenery in Hanoi, and shares the NCC lake view with Marriott, go for it!

Poor service awareness. If you don't pay the deposit when you check in, you need to deposit your passport. If you check out, it will not be returned in time. Breakfast is poor. Room facilities are old. There are few sockets and the room smells.
