I used it when traveling alone.
The location, staff, price, room, and breakfast were all perfect and I have no complaints. I had a great stay in Hanoi. If I come to Hanoi again, I will stay at this hotel.

The location was fabulous but more importantly the service quality I experienced was definitely deserving of 6 star!! all hotel service staff were attentive and helpful esp Rose who patiently took us through the tour options and facilitating them with tour operators ..
I left a backpack on a tour bus and they also coordinated to retrieve ir..definitely coming back here to stay again
