The Vietnamese noodles for breakfast in the hotel are very delicious! But the hotel room was so noisy by the sound of motorcycles on the street that I couldn't sleep at night.

I was very impressed with the level of service throughout the hotel. Although this is not a large hotel, their service attitude is not inferior at all. What surprised me even more was their fluency in English, which made communication smoother. They will introduce attractions and restaurants. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the old town and it is convenient to go everywhere. The attractions in Hanoi are also good and can be reached within walking distance. The service is also very good. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, especially the bath towels and towels are too old and discolored, so I don’t dare to use them! The layout of the rooms is also a bit strange. The executive rooms are very small and have small windows.

The room is neat and clean, the bath water is large, and there are a lot of people at breakfast. The only bad thing is that I saw a 20% discount at the spa at the door. When I checked out, I found out that it was not available. After asking, I was told that it was not available during the Chinese New Year and that the discount would only be available from the day we checked out. This little thought lowered the hotel's image at the last minute, and after negotiations, a discount was finally provided.

The location is very convenient. The room is not big but very comfortable. The service is also good and worth recommending
