Hanoi Exclusive Hotel They said they took me here and upgraded my room, but I don't really believe it.
Still, they didn't have a beer opener, but they gave it to me when I asked for it, so the service was good.

great spot ,really clean and comfortable bed air-conditioning is really cold if u need it . I wish we had of got the front room ,the o lying down side is back rooms have no windows ,but if you're out all day it's not a problem
