Nice service, very comfortable stay at the hotel. Located at a convenient location. Chocolate hour was nice, but should be given more publicity and could be introduced during check in at the front desk, bet a lot of guests don’t know about it. The pool was clean and everything was nice. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly. Totally worth a recommendation for friends who are visiting Hanoi.

Nice deco all around the hotel! Room is very spacious and quiet! Many coffee shops and restaurants around. Happening area!

Very comfy and nice hotel to stay. They have chocolate bar counter at certain time where you can enjoy their own brand chocolate which is so yummy. Will be back again for business or leisure. Thumbs up

A decent business hotel. The location is moderate. The design of the underground restaurant is very unique, which attracted me to taste the delicious food. The room has a quaint feel. Unfortunately, the bathroom blinds are controlled from the outside, which is a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The location is very advantageous and the decoration is very luxurious. It is very suitable for people who are on business meetings. I will stay in this hotel next time when I need to go out for business.

A five-star hotel has excellent services and facilities, but it does not offer slippers, toothbrushes, or razors. Please tell us in advance. I was given a glass of apple juice when I checked in, which was delicious. I will stay here again when I come to Vietnam later.

Especially not recommended, it is a bit discriminatory against Chinese people. When checking in, a deposit of 1.2 million Vietnamese dong is required. Credit cards and other currencies are not accepted. Communication with Ctrip is also difficult because banks are not open during the week. It took us 2 hours to get there. I changed the currency and came back, checked in again, and *** didn't charge a deposit again. The fire drill started at 7:30 the next morning. Bad review, bad review, bad review, bad review. Not recommended to stay

A very high-end hotel. The location is very good. It’s not far from anywhere. It’s clean and tidy. The service is very good. Recommended for tourists coming to Hanoi.
