The hotel is close to the West Lake in Hanoi, and the Ba Dinh Square is also very close. The bed in the room is very large. The two big beds are made into a bed. The air conditioning in the room is very old. It is very noisy at night. There is a bath in the bathroom. The hotel can be bathed. The younger sister at the front desk is very good at English. The overall price is reasonable. The room with more than 100 RMB is OK.

The first time I checked in, it just happened to be selected, but I went to Hanoi for three business trips and all lived in the same room type. There is a kitchen for simple cooking, and the equipment is complete, but you must bring your own firewood, rice, oil and salt. Nearby is LOTTE CENTER, there is a big supermarket to buy fresh food. To be honest, because there are many embassies nearby, there are many high-end restaurants and cheap local food, but I like to simply order breakfast and dinner by myself. It is very convenient. Because I often travel on business, I don’t have much to eat out. Great freshness, simple cooking is also good. Although it can be simple, on a recent business trip, I went to LOTTE MARK to buy ingredients and made a seafood noodle and fried chicken steak. I asked Vietnamese friends to taste it. Loved my stay at Tryst - I stayed at a few different places during my stay in Hanoi and was gutted I only found this on the last night. The team are honestly the best - so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond with everything. Helped me organise taxis, exchange money, visit the dentist, laundry - everything was done with such attentiveness and always a smile on their faces. The room I had came with a balcony overlooking the street which was lovely, the bed was huge. The location is great, walking distance to the old town and popular areas and lots of places to eat/coffee shops right outside the hotel. Thank you Tryst, I can’t wait to be back 😄

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Overall everything is fine, clean room, delicious breakfast, suitable for the money. The high point here is that all hotel areas have air conditioning, which we appreciate very much. It only takes a few minutes from guests to Pho Co, but we are not presented with a map when checking in. The female staff member didn't seem happy when we needed to recommend some places to eat. Great bell man and sales department. You will have to pay a very high fee if you lose the motorbike key that the hotel also gives you!

Vinhomes Metropolis is smack in the center of Hanoi. Only minutes aways by Grab Car to the Old Quarter, Tay Ho West Lake. Room is clean and the layout is good. Makes you feel satisfied. The apartment has good security and is intergrates with a wonderful mall. The building is a landmark so all grabfood rider know where exactly to send the order.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.
