Not bad. Typical, run of the mill hotel. Don’t confuse with the other Red Roof Inn, as I did. This hotel doesn’t offer shuttle service to BEI. Recommend that travelers book the other Ted Roof Inn near BWI. That one does offer shuttle service.

Got to hotel and someone was knocking on the door to get in and would not leave. had to call the cops to get escorted out of the room and was unable to stay and have not gotten a refund yet.

My family and I stay frequently. We've been regulars for almost 3yrs.The main reason we chose Red Roof was because of being pet friendly. The owners and staff have always treated us like family. I was there the weekend of the dog incident. The owners and staff did all they could to get to bottom of whose dogs did this awful thing. They found the guest that had the visitor w/the dogs. The guest ultimately wouldn't provide the owners or the police w/the dog owners information. Once the police were involved. It was their job to pursue the dog owners.The guest responsible was forced to leave. We've only witnessed one unresponsible animal owner in all the time we've stayed. Owners addressed it quickly. Will be spending more time there for sure.

Overall a good experience! The room was clean and the building and stairs were tidy. Called ahead of time to see if I could check in a little early, and the guy on the other end was rude. 

My family booked multiple rooms for an overnight stay. When we arrived, we realized the hotel pictured wasn't the same. The front desk clerk didn't seem very knowledgable. One guest had a large dog. The rooms were not near each other. One room reeked of *********, the smoke detector was down. Another room had cigarette burns in the blanket, and the security latch was removed from the door Unnacceptable! I asked to speak with the hotel manager, but none was on duty. I'm to believe there were two front desk people and one housekeeper on a Saturday working alone. After lots of arguing, we cancelled these reservations, as well as a reservation for other family members who had not yet arrived, and stayed at another hotel for double the cost, but worth every penny.  I called their main customer service department and was able to get a full refund after stating the issues. I was so angry I didn't take photos, I wish I had. Save yourself the agony.
