The best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

Good for catching high speed rail at Nanjing station. Friendly staff at check-in and in breakfast room. Breakfast selections are excellent with local specialities. Located very close to metro station with escalator access, great with suitcases. Easy access to major sights via metro.

The location is far from the city center not have good parking areas and the recreation is not qualified they don’t know how to talk with customer

Location - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi) Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around. Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water. Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people). Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor. Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee. Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

Despite a language barrier (for me) the staff were very kind to help me book an additional night. Atour is always a safe bet for me, and we loved their location in Nanjing. Convenient location as well, right near some convenience stores and eateries. I'll be back on our way out of China, probably!

The hotel is in a super convenient location, just outside Exit 11 of Metro Line 3, and it is also very convenient to Nanjing Station and Hongshan Zoo. The hotel service is excellent, free breakfast is provided, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic, recommended!

The hotel is very close to the subway entrance. You can take the escalator from Exit 11 of Nanjing Station on Line 3, which is convenient for travel. The front desk guy helped us check in early and upgraded the room type. The room is quite large, clean and tidy. If you order takeout, the robot will deliver it to the door of the room. After checking out, you can also store your luggage for free. The overall stay experience is good!

The hotel is located in the North Square of Nanjing Station, very close to the hotel. There is a subway station at the door, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel's front desk is on the second floor. The aromatherapy in the lobby smells great and there is a place where you can read. Overall it's pretty good.

In order to go to Hongshan Zoo, I booked the nearby Atour Hotel. It felt good. The hotel environment was new, the service was good, and the breakfast was cost-effective.

The environment is very good, clean and tidy, the mattress is very comfortable, the hotel is right at the exit 11 of Metro Line 3. The hotel is very close to Nanjing Station, only about 5 minutes walk. The hotel breakfast is very good, with many varieties

The hotel is very close to the North Square of the railway station and can be reached on foot. The entrance of the subway station (Exit 11) is right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere, including to Hongshan Zoo. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, and the bed and pillows are also very comfortable. I love it! The staff are very enthusiastic, there is a gym and laundry room, so you don’t have to worry about staying for many days. This is a must-visit when you come to Nanjing in the future!

We were traveling with three people, so we booked a family room. The room was spacious and clean. Although it was close to the train station, it was not noisy. The location was very convenient. The price/performance ratio was very high. The breakfast was also rich. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly.
