"Environment: The room was very spacious, and the environment exceeded my expectations – very clean. Despite being next to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all, and I slept wonderfully. Service: The service attitude was excellent, and bottled water was freely available. The front desk also offered many small essentials like earplugs, band-aids, and even contact lens cases, which was very thoughtful. Free Lukou Airport shuttle: It's about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport, making it incredibly convenient for catching a flight. If I ever have an early morning flight from Nanjing again, I'll definitely choose to stay here. The only minor drawback is the limited food delivery options nearby, but there's a small convenience store downstairs that can meet some basic needs."

"For my two-day trip to Nanjing, I chose the Jinling Hotel, a well-established five-star hotel. It's conveniently located right at a subway exit in the city center, making transportation a breeze. But the most impressive part was definitely the service. After checking in, I was immediately contacted by a dedicated '尊荣热线' (VIP hotline) butler via WeChat. Any request I had during my stay was met with a quick response to a single message. The Jinling's long-standing reputation for understanding and delivering meticulous guest service is truly well-deserved. I'll definitely choose the Jinling again for my next visit to Nanjing!"

"I Stayed at Grand Metro Park Hotel for 8 nights. The location was good, near the museum and other historical sites and not far from the metro. The room was spacious and clean, each days the room service cleaned the room and bring 2 small bottles of water. i didn't tried the amenity of the hotel like the gym,the swimming pool or the restaurants inside the hotel. In general the hotel was good but the signs of aging are visible, it needs some refreshing works. Every staff I ran into was very friendly and helpful. Down the street there was plenty of small vendors selling food and sweets, so if you're looking for a quick snack and willing to try the local street food it's good. As for the breakfast, there's plenty of choices (the majority is Chinese cuisine) as the same time i do understand as 90% of the clients are chinese, but some western options will be nice too."

"Huge thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading our room since I'm pregnant! We got an executive room on the 71st floor, which offered an even more expansive view. While the room facilities do show a bit of age, they weren't as bad as some other reviews suggested. Unfortunately, a major cold front hit on our second day, and the view outside was completely white, which felt like a bit of a waste of the great scenery. The breakfast buffet was decent too, definitely not as bad as some people claimed. The hotel's location is excellent; most nearby attractions are within two subway stops. The subway station being right downstairs was a pleasant surprise for my husband – super convenient for getting around!"

"Staying at Nanjing Shangri-La with my kid was an absolute joy for our family trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Xuanwu Lake, and our room even offered partial lake views. The kids' slippers and toiletries provided were a thoughtful touch. Hotel Service: Will Zhai, the Front Office Manager, provided professional and impeccable service! We arrived late, past 10 PM, but the lobby staff were still very enthusiastic, guiding us and helping with our luggage. The robot food delivery was super prompt, and even when I ordered takeout at 10 PM, a polite staff member from the lobby personally brought it up to our room! Dining: The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local Nanjing specialties. The staff were gentle and very service-oriented. Whether it's the convenience of travel or the child-friendliness, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my child to Nanjing! Oh! And they even gave us a custom fridge magnet when we checked out! 💯"

"The hotel is located very close to Nanjing South railway station and metro, roughly 5 min. walk, very easy to find. The bed was very comfortable, free snacks, great amenities and the staff was really great. Bought breakfast the next day, I wish there was a better selection for the western buffet, the chinese one was okay. There was one thing I didn't like, for some reason on my second night, there was a very light cigarette odour on going, not sure where it came from as I checked everywhere in the room and even shutdown the central heating in case it came from there. It took me awhile to fall asleep as I'm very sensitive towards cigarette smells. Other than that, everything was great."

Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could clearly see the shimmering waters of Xuanwu Lake and the iconic silhouette of Zifeng Tower—the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive, with quick and thoughtful responses to every request, making my entire stay incredibly pleasant. Even more surprisingly, the room's soundproofing was excellent; it was so quiet that I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. This stay was truly impeccable!"

"A hidden gem unearthed during a short trip! The antique charm of Yihe Ya Ju feels incredibly authentic, not just a forced collection of elements, but an elegance woven into the architecture and decor itself. The grain of the wooden furniture and the ink wash paintings on the walls create a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. The twin room was much more spacious than I expected, with a wide luggage rack and even a small area left over for chatting and drinking tea. The facilities are complete and practical; the mini-bar has free bottled water, and the spacious vanity allows two people to get ready simultaneously without feeling cramped. The toiletries come in sealed packaging, which feels clean and reassuring. The front desk not only handled check-in quickly but also hand-drew a map of local eateries. We followed their recommendations and didn't have a single bad meal. From the ambiance and facilities to the service, everything was impeccable. I've already recommended it to my friends!"
