I would say it was wonderful and un forgot-able experience to stay in this hotel. Specially the service attitude of all the staffs are extremely satisfied with my whole family member. And I also would like to mention “Eva Huang”, her support was perfect in the room and executive lounges as well. Original plan was to change to normal room from executive room but we finally decided to stay one more night there to enjoy the service as well. I strongly recommend this hotel.

After checking in, Miss Yori kindly guided us to the Yuxiu Building, and she patiently answered all kinds of questions during our stay. Because we were afraid that we would be too late to check out at 12 o'clock, we wanted to postpone it for half an hour. Bath tub was awesome and bedding was super comfy. Also, hotel staff went another mile in preparing cake, fruits, chocolate and a little gift as it was my birthday. Breakfast was comprehensive and the scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Waking distance to a new high end mall that opened only a few days ago and super close to the metro line 2 and 10.

I stayed at the (hotel name for number of nights) and I enjoyed most aspects of my stay. The hotel was (location, cleanliness, service, etc.) and the facilities were (pool, gym, spa, etc.). The only thing that I didn’t like was the pillows. They were too (hard, soft, lumpy, etc. for my preference and I had trouble sleeping. I wish they had more options for different types of pillows.
