The front desk service is super good. I forgot my belongings after leaving the hotel. After contacting me, they replied immediately and sent it back for me. The service is good. I will continue to choose this hotel when I come to Nanjing next time. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. The scenery is also good. There are robots delivering meals.

The concierge at the door, Mr. Pan, is very enthusiastic and well-educated. I also want to thank the housekeeper Ms. Yang Yan for her comprehensive service! The front desk guy also upgraded us for free. I am not used to giving reviews, but I can't help but give a thumbs up! I will continue to choose Shenghe Mansion when I return to Nanjing next year. By the way, the breakfast is very rich.
