The first floor has showers and a water play area, the second floor is a relaxation lounge, and the third floor features an outdoor hot spring area with large loungers in the pools, as well as unique lily, mugwort, and mint-infused pools, plus a cold spring pool. It's especially picturesque for photos during sunset and when the lights come on at night."

"This veteran five-star hotel in the city center truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly convenient, being so close to the subway station. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel breakfast was excellent; when we had a late breakfast and the bread ran out, a server promptly refilled it and even brought some directly to our table. Closer to 10 AM, they went around to each table, kindly reminding guests to grab a bit more to enjoy at their leisure. The hotel offers a bed-joining service. I recommend noting it when you book or contacting the hotel directly. When we checked in, Manager Huang Qing (whose name I specifically asked for afterward to express my gratitude) learned we needed the beds joined. She proactively asked and arranged for the twin beds to be properly put together, not just simply moved, but with an added mattress topper to make it very stable. They also provided extra blankets, pillows, drinking water, and slippers. Seeing that we had a child, they even offered complimentary breakfast, which was a very thoughtful touch for families. Throughout the entire interaction, she was focused on the guest's perspective, spoke at a calm pace, and sought our input. She didn't rush us, despite it being a busy Chinese New Year period, which speaks volumes about the hotel's daily training and management. In short, our stay at the Gunanadu Hotel during this Chinese New Year was extremely satisfying and left us with a wonderful impression."

"The room was spacious, and they provided plenty of small bottled water. You could see the Olympic Sports Center from the window, which was super convenient for the concert I attended – just a short walk to the venue. The hotel's buffet dinner was incredibly rich, with each person getting a small lobster and abalone. The other dishes were also great, and it happened to be crawfish season, so they had various flavors. The crawfish were large and had tender, white meat. Overall, a very good experience."

"The hotel front desk service was very thoughtful. I had requested a quiet room, and when I arrived, the front desk kindly upgraded me for free to an executive king room on the 19th floor. I felt right at home, and I believe they would try their best to accommodate any requests. Although the hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the food was delicious, especially the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) and pan-fried dumplings. They tasted homemade, not frozen."

"I bought a room voucher for Fengsheng Five Seasons on Trip.com, and it was perfect for my Dragon Boat Festival trip to Nanjing. The redemption was a great deal! The hotel has a garden-style design, and the environment is excellent, with top-notch facilities. Room: Upon check-in, my room was upgraded to a king-sized bed on the executive floor. The room facilities were fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. Executive Lounge: The happy hour at the executive lounge was too short. On the first day, I went during the day and only found a few biscuits, though the coffee was good. In the evening, I arrived late, and the lounge closed too quickly; by 7:40 PM, there was nothing left. The next evening, we arrived at 7 PM and finally got to experience it properly – the curry chicken was delicious. Service: I feel that the overall service awareness of the hotel needs improvement. Guests have to proactively ask for assistance to get a response, and there isn't much enthusiastic guidance. While I understand everyone is just working, the service industry still needs to be more welcoming."
