UrCove by HYATT Nanjing South Railway Station ★★★★
"If you're traveling from Nanjing South Railway Station, Atour is definitely your top choice! The location is absolutely perfect, you can get to the hotel very quickly right after exiting the station. The room was clean and had a separate shower and toilet. For breakfast, they even offer authentic duck blood and vermicelli soup. It's excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing."
Xiying Youth Travel Hotel (Nanjing Confucius Temple Old Gate East Branch) ★★
"The common areas are really spacious and kept very clean. There are lots of communal spaces like a reading nook, a dining area, and even an outdoor rooftop. The rooms are cleaned daily by the staff, and the location is super convenient for getting around."
Chengxian Hotel (Nanjing Presidential Palace Southeast University Branch) ★★
"I really liked this place. It was clean, and they allowed us to store our luggage. There wasn’t much noise disturbance. The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities."
Nanjing family ★★★★
"I highly recommend Qinhuai Renjia Hotel! The location is unbeatable, right near the Confucius Temple scenic area. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Qinhuai River cruise pier, which is super convenient for night tours and lantern viewing. The hotel has a charming traditional Chinese decor, and the rooms are spotless. The front desk staff are warm and polite, and they respond quickly to any issues. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, definitely my top choice when visiting Nanjing."
Nanjing Jinling Hotel- City Center ★★★★★
A legendary upscale landmark situated in the vibrant Xinjiekou downtown core, celebrated for its profound local heritage and exceptional traditional culinary offerings at its renowned restaurants.
Elong Anyun Hotel (Nanjing South Railway Station) ★★★
"I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the front desk service is very welcoming. Parking is convenient with a free parking lot right outside. I'll definitely keep coming back to this place!"
Xi Zhu Meiyue· Cinema Apartment ★★
"The apartment environment is pretty good, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes from Nanjing South Railway Station."
Pod Choice Hotel (Nanjing Lukou International Airport Tongshan Subway Station) ★★
"Facilities: Quite new, and I even got an upgraded room. The room was spacious, so I didn't feel cramped at all. Service: Excellent! They offer airport transfers and can drop you off at the subway station. When I checked out, they even asked if I needed a ride to the subway again. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Pretty good. There isn't much to explore around, but you can order delivery. Overall: Fantastic value for money!"
UrCove By Hyatt Nanjing Zhongshanling Resort ★★★★
"This hotel is a charming Republican-era building, very convenient for visiting attractions around Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. The facilities are excellent, and the service, especially from Milk, was outstanding – five-star indeed! One day was too short; you really need at least two nights to fully enjoy it. They upgraded us to a family room, which was perfect for our whole family."

Celebrity City Hotel Nanjing
"The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. For the same price, I'd rather stay at Atour. The shower head kept falling off, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a thousand years – it was disgustingly dirty. Nothing about this place was good – not the service, not the environment, not the facilities. Delivery orders took at least two hours to arrive; it was absolutely terrible. The only upside was the view outside the window."
InterContinental Hotels NANJING by IHG
"Stayed on a Sunday night, and my butler Regina upgraded me to a high-floor king room and arranged a late check-out until 2 PM, which allowed me to catch a nap in the afternoon. The Intercontinental Nanjing has been around for a while, but the facilities are still excellent and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, the view was great, and my stay was very comfortable."
Golden Eagle International Hotel
"Excellent! Whenever friends visit, I always recommend they stay here. It's incredibly convenient, right in Xinjiekou, a fantastic location that gets you anywhere you need to go. The night view is also great. The hygiene was clean, and the service was very attentive."
Kempinski Hotel Nanjing
"Let's start with the most critical issue: soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the hallway from the bathroom, and it sounded like they were right next to me. Imagine hearing people cough in your ear while you're trying to sleep – can you live with that? Next, hygiene. There were dust and hair everywhere, in every nook and cranny. The toilet flush was so strong it would splash water all over the seat; you literally had to sprint away after pressing the button. Now, the facilities. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy and kept breaking down. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The bedding was a winter duvet, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber not to even provide a basic summer duvet. As for the service, when I asked the front desk for a buckwheat pillow at night, the receptionist proudly announced that they were fully booked and therefore had no buckwheat pillows left. It's embarrassing for them to even say that when they can't even provide basic amenities. Clearly, their training is subpar. Finally, the food. Breakfast was an absolute disaster, barely better than what you'd find at a budget motel. The black tea was served from a large metal drum, making it feel like a school cafeteria. The omelets were burnt and dry, yet they still served them. Thankfully, I didn't have dinner here. Avoid this place at all costs. The decor is outdated, the service is terrible, hygiene is a major concern, and the food is inedible."
Homeinn UP Huayi Smart Travel Hotel (Nanjing Lukou Airport Branch)
"Facilities: Pretty good, meets my needs, and quite new! Hygiene: Looks very clean and comfortable, I slept well! Environment: As an airport hotel, it's perfectly adequate! Service: Airport shuttle is convenient!"
Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing
"We brought our child to Nanjing and the hotel's location was perfect! It's really close to Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), the subway station, and the Qinhuai River boat tours. Getting a taxi from the hotel was also very convenient."
Yihe garden
"Location: Situated within the Old Dongmen Pedestrian Street, this hotel is a renovation of the former Jieziyuan Garden. Given the immense popularity and high foot traffic of Old Dongmen, I recommend getting off at the Lawson store in Old Dongmen and walking the approximately 50 meters to the hotel. Alternatively, you can park at gate 5 of P3 parking and take the elevator directly to the hotel. Architecture: The hotel features a garden-style architectural design with a staggered layout, boasting four courtyards from the lobby to the restaurant. Winding through halls and alleys, it perfectly embodies the typical Jiangnan architectural style. The design is antique and elegant, and even the room key cards are adorned with a copper key, which seems to be a signature touch of the Yihe brand, as seen in the Songmao Bureau on Pingjiang Road in Suzhou. Room: The room was impeccably clean and smelled wonderfully fresh. It beautifully blends traditional and modern elements while preserving the ancient building's ambiance. The bathroom is spacious, and the bathtub is a good size. The non-slip bathmat is the trendy, extra-wide plush type favored by many popular B&Bs. However, the vanity was missing hand towels and a shaving kit. Service: The front desk staff was very accommodating. Hearing that I had trouble finding the hotel, they not only arranged a room upgrade but also proactively acted as a concierge, helping me with my luggage and showing me to my room. Furthermore, the waitstaff (or perhaps manager) at the Wanguochun restaurant was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. Food: The deliciousness of Wanguochun is undeniable. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast presentation could be improved, but I was pleasantly surprised to find bayberries on offer. The set menu I booked for Wanguochun's lunch was supposed to be a 'four-piece set,' but in addition to a soup, a meat dish, a vegetable dish, and a dessert, it also included rice, fruit, and a pot of tea, making for a truly bountiful spread. According to the in-room guest handbook, the hotel also has a whiskey bar called 'Zui Tianxia,' which I unfortunately didn't get to experience this time, so I'll save that for my next visit."
Floral Hotel · Nanjing pipahang Boutique Hotel
"The shower room has no glass door, so the sound insulation is very poor."
Vienna International Hotel (Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring Resort)
"The overall space and environment of the room are good, but some details are wrong, which makes the stay experience very bad. I checked in on April 4, 2024. After washing, I found that the expiration date of shampoo is December 9, 2023, and the expiration date of shower gel is September 27, 2022. See the pictures for details."
Pullman Nanjing Lukou Airport
Directly connected to the international terminal, this highly efficient transit hotel is prized for its soundproofed guest rooms and unparalleled logistical convenience for early morning flight departures.
Nanjing Tangshan Hentique Spring Valley Hotel
"We brought our child to Tangshan for a vacation and decisively chose the Han Tian Yue Hotel. We were absolutely captivated by the meticulous butler service throughout our stay! Upon check-in, the butler proactively discussed our travel needs and delivered welcome fruits. During our stay, there was a sudden incident with an abnormal alarm sound in the hallway, but the staff responded quickly and efficiently resolved it without disturbing our rest at all. They would also regularly ask if we needed luggage assistance, and the on-demand service was fantastic. The exquisite turndown service provided daily showed their thoughtfulness in every detail. The lobby also had a wealth of local travel guides, perfectly addressing the pain points for families traveling with children, considering every big and small detail. The hotel's family-friendly amenities were an even bigger surprise. We visited the children's playground for two consecutive days; the venue was clean and tidy, disinfected regularly, making it safe and reassuring. They also had a children's library, and on weekends, they organized fun handicraft activities, adding a lot of joy to our child's vacation. All the staff were kind and friendly, making interactions very comfortable. The entire hotel environment is elegant and tranquil, with mature and well-equipped hot spring facilities. From check-in to check-out, we didn't have to worry about a thing. They truly fulfilled every request with gentle and professional service. Traveling with a child can easily be chaotic, but here we felt exceptionally at ease and relaxed. Even our child's sleep quality was far better than at home, sleeping very soundly. I sincerely recommend this hotel to all families with children."
Lakeview Xuanwu Hotel
"The lake view room was a good size and offered a view of Xuanwu Lake. If the weather's good, you can even catch the sunrise. The service attitude was excellent. It's very close to Xuanwu Lake and the subway, which makes getting around by metro really convenient. Highly recommended! Just a friendly heads-up: the revolving restaurant for breakfast is located more towards the inner part, not right by the window!"
Starway Light Hotel (Nanjing Hot Spring Resort, Tangshan Subway Station)
"The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, and the common areas are clean and stylish. The guest rooms are spacious with complete amenities, ample hot water, and stable internet. The smart curtains and lighting are very convenient to use. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are high quality. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of authentic dishes. The staff's service was just right – friendly without being intrusive. Parking is also very convenient. Overall, the experience far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip."
Pod Inn Hotel (Nanjing South Station North Plaza Window of Greenland)
"Let me tell you, when a guy goes out of his way to leave a bad review, you know it's serious. It's a classic case of expectation vs. reality."
HanTing Hotel (Nanjing Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum Maqun Subway Station)
"The front desk lady was super nice! I arrived really late but she was waiting in the lobby and had such a great attitude. The environment was also very good and quiet. If I come to Nanjing again, this will definitely be my first choice hotel!"
Holiday Inn Express NANJING XI'ANMEN by IHG
"Great value for money, and the location and environment are excellent!"
