Guest UserI really like this beautiful hot spring courtyard. The boss took the initiative to upgrade the room. The room with the terrace is very suitable for drinking tea and chatting. The hot spring pool is large enough for two people to lie down. The hot spring water is always available and the temperature is moderate. Taking a bath is very relaxing. The boss was fun and talkative, and also gave us guides to the surrounding attractions. There were welcome fruits when you entered, and souvenirs when you left, which made you feel warm.

The hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite its central location. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean. Breakfast was also good. The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's a 15-minute walk to the Presidential Palace and only 300 meters from Xi'anmen subway station, making it easy to reach various attractions. Right next to the hotel is a local residential area with great little restaurants in the alleyways, as well as chain stores like Liu Changxing. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Highly recommend this hidden gem for families with kids! Purple Lake Resort Hotel + Wildlife World. I suggest a 3-day, 2-night stay, opting for the package that includes accommodation, unlimited access to the wildlife park, and hot springs. This allows you to comfortably see all the animals and enjoy plenty of interactive experiences.
**Day 1:** Arrived at 10 AM, checked in immediately, dropped off our bags, and headed into the park. First, we watched the sea lion show, then fed and interacted with giraffes, elephants, zebras, and more. Finally, we took the mini-train for an overall tour of the park and fed the animals.
For lunch, we went back to the hotel for a meal and a nap. After waking up, we played at the kids' playground until 5 PM (older kids might consider the outdoor amusement park for rides like the pirate ship and Ferris wheel).
Dinner was in Tangshan town; many local farm-to-table restaurants offer great value (we got a 4-dish set for three people for 168 RMB [thumbs up]). After dinner, we enjoyed the hot springs, concluding our first day.
**Day 2:** After an early breakfast, we went straight back into the park to see the giant pandas (they're more active from 9 AM to 11 AM). Afterward, we rode ponies, then went to the deer and monkey areas for interactive feeding, and caught up on any other animals we missed. After a simple lunch, we watched the 1 PM grand circus performance, then checked out.
A one-night stay is sufficient, but two nights make it much more relaxed. The entire resort is perfect for multi-generational trips with seniors and children. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. Seniors can also enjoy boating, watching fish and swans, soaking in the hot springs, and leisurely strolls. I'll definitely consider bringing my parents here next time.

The room layout was well-designed, the views were beautiful, and the service was attentive. The observation deck truly offers stunning scenery! My only minor complaints were that the hairdryer was quite weak, and the self-service dinner was just average. Our butler, Alice, was always available to help with any issues, which definitely deserves praise!

Anonymous UserI frequently visit Nanjing for both business and leisure, and this time I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location near the Fuzimiao tourist area. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic spots. However, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing exterior wall renovations, which didn't cause too much disturbance. I'd recommend bringing mosquito repellent or keeping your windows and doors closed at night as there were some mosquitoes.
The lobby and front desk staff were very polite, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast was also quite good. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service.

ZuoshouchuyaoguaiI had a really pleasant stay in Nanjing this time. The hotel I checked into offered excellent service, and the surrounding area was lovely. It's centrally located in Nanjing, making transportation very convenient, close to both Daxinggong and Changfujie metro stations. The room facilities were complete, with a wet/dry separated bathroom. Zhou at the front desk was also very thoughtful and quickly helped me adjust my room. The room itself was quite spacious and relatively quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Getting around was a breeze, being close to the subway and with bus stops right outside. I could also store my luggage after checking out. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. It's definitely worth recommending. They even asked about my satisfaction, which shows how attentive and considerate they are. Highly recommended!

FeichexiaogeThe hotel's location is fantastic, centrally located with bus stops right outside, making it convenient to reach various attractions. Nanjing's buses are rarely crowded, so there are always seats available, which is very friendly to seniors! The young and handsome manager understands that seniors prefer bright and spacious rooms and upgraded us to a room with a city view, which was very comfortable! The front desk staff, although new, were warm, attentive, and meticulous! The breakfast was simple yet plentiful, and the service was excellent. Although it's on the basement level, there was no musty smell. They offered Chinese and Western dishes, fruit, and coffee! The hotel is cleaned daily, and there's a self-service laundry area. Overall, I really liked it and will definitely recommend it to friends!

I stayed on the newly renovated 23rd floor, which offers a panoramic view of Xuanwu Lake. The experience was fantastic. It's incredibly convenient to visit Jiming Temple, Xuanwu Lake Park, and Xinjiekou. Free parking is available, though spaces are limited. The front desk service was excellent, and the lobby even offered a free stamp service. I received a fridge magnet upon check-in, and since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, there were cute Zongzi-shaped cookies placed by the bed.

We made a last-minute decision to visit Nanjing, so I quickly booked a hotel. When we arrived, the staff noticed that the queen-sized bed in our room wouldn't be comfortable for a family of three. The front desk was incredibly helpful and promptly changed us to a twin-bedded room. We were pleasantly surprised when we went upstairs – it felt like a huge upgrade! The room wasn't huge, but it was very cozy. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a fantastic touch, giving us more privacy when showering. The room truly had a Zen-like feel, and it was perfect for taking photos with our child. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Who says you can't find a great room with a last-minute booking? I definitely did, and I absolutely loved it!

Guest UserDespite explicitly requesting a room not at the end of the hall or near the elevator, upon check-in, the staff immediately suggested an upgrade for 58 yuan, claiming the standard room type was old. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel passively demanding payment for an upgrade. Then, I was assigned a room on the 6th floor at the corner of the corridor. After requesting a change, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor, right outside the elevator. Returning in the evening, I asked the front desk if I could change rooms again. Before the staff could even answer, an engineering staff member, seemingly out of nowhere, interjected, saying all rooms were full and a change wasn't possible. The front desk staff then added that since I was only staying one night, a change couldn't be accommodated. Furthermore, the window only opens a tiny crack, and what I could see outside appeared to be a dumpster for food waste from a nearby area. How can hygiene be guaranteed under such circumstances? It's undeniable that its proximity to Fuzimiao Temple and the subway station is a plus. However, overall, the service awareness needs significant improvement, and the surrounding environment requires betterment.
