Great location,easy to get around it’s walking distance to the best food street ,all well known Nanjing cuisine can be found here Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-) The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful Overall we had a great time here thank you

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Deji Plaza, with an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The lobby offers complimentary ice drinks and snacks all day, which is an absolute lifesaver when you walk into the hotel after experiencing Nanjing's heat. The room isn't huge but perfectly adequate, and the hygiene is good, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It's a hotel with excellent value for money.

This hotel is just two subway stops from Nanjing South Station, which is great, especially on a hot day, as you don't have to walk far to catch a ride-sharing service. It's been almost ten years since I last stayed at a Courtyard, and I feel like the facilities aren't as good as I remember. Perhaps back then, I hadn't stayed in as many good hotels. With company travel budgets tighter now, I can't stay at Marriotts, so I opted for Courtyard this time. Honestly, I don't think it's as good as some of IHG's economy brands like Voco or Holiday Inn Express. I didn't eat much breakfast, but it looked decent.

This hotel was a hidden gem for my short trip – such a pleasant surprise! It's incredibly conveniently located near tourist attractions. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet, and peaceful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries and storage facilities were all complete. The staff, Mango, Orange, and Apple, were warm, friendly, and efficient in processing my check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Last May Day, we visited the Club Med in Taicang, and the GOs recommended the newly opened Club Med in Nanjing. This summer, I brought my child here for a weekend (three days, two nights) during the school holidays, and the experience was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! **Accommodation:** The rooms were clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The cleaning staff were very friendly and patient, always refilling our drinking water. The resort grounds are spacious and comfortable, with excellent natural surroundings. You can overlook the lake from the balcony, offering a wide and open view. **Activities:** There are plenty of facilities for play, both indoors and outdoors. We happened to be here during a heatwave, so we mostly opted for indoor activities. The indoor sports area includes basketball, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and rock climbing, as well as a 'parkour' area (similar to an adventure course) that my child loved, which we visited for two consecutive days. You can also book KTV sessions. When it's hot, you can also sit at the U Bar and play cards, which is very relaxing. Outdoor activities are also abundant. You can cross a bridge to 'Explore Park,' where you can try archery, kayaking, windsurfing, or even the 'flying trapeze.' However, the flying trapeze requires training, and you need to be able to hang from a bar with both hands for at least ten counts. Neither of us had that much grip strength (we could only manage up to five), so we just watched other 'experts' try it. Kayaking was quite nice; the lake water was clear, and there were little ducks swimming around. It's best to go in the late afternoon, around 5-6 pm, to avoid the intense sun for a better experience. My sister and I kayaked together, and circling the large lake wasn't tiring at all. It's suitable for mothers or older children with moderate physical fitness. **Service:** The butler service was online throughout our stay, with quick responses and smooth communication. Whether it was booking activities or requesting supplies, they responded and handled everything promptly. When we wanted a clothes drying rack for our swimwear on the balcony after swimming, it was provided very quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful and professional. Being peak summer holiday season, the restaurant entrance traffic was also managed efficiently; just stating your room number allowed for quick entry, which was very user-friendly. Here, you can shed your fatigue and quietly enjoy your holiday. I'm already planning to come back when the weather isn't so scorching (the 'furnace city' reputation is certainly well-deserved). **Two additional points:** There's an external food delivery pick-up point near the entrance, which is very convenient. I also loved the hotel's lighting fixtures; they were very artistic. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, KIKI Angel, for the excellent service!

A Delightful Stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel My stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Nanjing. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), the Qinhuai River, and Laomendong. It is also conveniently located for Nanjing South Railway Station, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, and Niushoushan. What impressed me most was the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Both the room and common areas were spotless and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and much larger than I expected. There was plenty of room to relax, enjoy takeaway meals, or simply unwind while admiring the river view from the large windows. The smart room features added a modern touch to the experience. Using Xiao Du, I could conveniently control the curtains and lighting with voice commands. Every morning, opening the curtains to the beautiful river view and morning sunshine was a wonderful way to start the day. Another highlight was the deep soaking bathtub beside the window overlooking the river and flowering trees. Combined with the waterfall-style shower and automated toilet seat, the bathroom experience felt luxurious and relaxing. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive. I had several parcels and deliveries sent to the hotel before my arrival, and the team carefully received them and arranged for them to be delivered directly to my room. The hotel’s delivery robot was also efficient and convenient, providing notifications before arriving at the room. Combining excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, spacious rooms, smart technology, beautiful views, and a fantastic location, Nanjing Guildford Hotel exceeded my expectations. Maybe it's because it's a hotel in a scenic area, and there's a lot of foot traffic. It took me almost 20 minutes to check in at the front desk, even though I arrived around 5:30 PM. At that time, my room was still being cleaned and inspected. The front desk's response time was incredibly slow. The front desk management here is the worst I've experienced at any Atour hotel nationwide. And get this: the gym and laundry room are in the same space! There's only one treadmill, a full set of dumbbells, but the laundry room is stuffy, hot, and the AC doesn't work. Working out in there is pure torture. Unless you have a specific reason, I wouldn't recommend staying next to a scenic area; the experience is really bad.

We checked in very late, and the front desk was so accommodating – they kindly approved our request for a late checkout the next day, which was fantastic. A special shout-out to Xiao Guo for being incredibly thoughtful and proactive in helping us with any issues. Overall, our experience was great, and the room was very spacious and comfortable!

Just had the most incredible stay at Nanjing Yunshuijian Parent-child Resort Hotel! As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all! My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance. A huge shoutout to the hotel staff and managers for providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for getting around. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making for a superb stay. It offers great value for money, and the surrounding area has comprehensive shopping malls and restaurants, making it lively and convenient for shopping and dining. I'll definitely come back next time! The bedding was clean and comfortable, and Winnie at the front desk was super nice, which made us extend our stay!
