Great location,easy to get around it’s walking distance to the best food street ,all well known Nanjing cuisine can be found here Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-) The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful Overall we had a great time here thank you

This hotel is perfect for families traveling with children. We initially had a little trouble finding it because it was blocked by trees and a row of cars. However, as soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Their warmth continued throughout our two-day stay, right up until we checked out. Even my child, who has stayed in hotels before, noticed and immediately felt the difference. Upon arrival, they gave my child some snacks and kids' slippers and toothbrushes, and when we left, they gave us complimentary fruit. Just inside the entrance, to the left, there was a thoughtful arrangement of plum juice and small snacks. Honestly, the room was a bit old and small, but it was still perfectly functional. The nearby subway access is very convenient. If I have another chance to visit, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

I stayed here temporarily for a business trip. The location was excellent, close to a commercial area with convenient transportation, and near many universities. The receptionist, Lychee, Blueberry, and Apple, provided warm and attentive service, and the check-in process was very efficient. My experience was perfect! All my inquiries were answered clearly, making it convenient for both travel and work. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert. The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

Highly recommended for families with children! We booked this trip for the grandparents and kids, and it truly lives up to its reputation as a top-notch family hotel. The service was excellent, ensuring both the seniors and children had a fantastic time. Upon arrival, we added the butler service on WeChat, and I must give a shout-out to our two butlers, Tracy and Diana. They were incredibly responsive, answering every question and resolving issues promptly, and also kept the grandparents informed about available services. Our little one had an absolute blast, saying they want to come back again! It's a lifesaver for parents, with nightly parties that are a blast. We give it a five-star recommendation!

A Delightful Stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel My stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Nanjing. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), the Qinhuai River, and Laomendong. It is also conveniently located for Nanjing South Railway Station, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, and Niushoushan. What impressed me most was the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Both the room and common areas were spotless and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and much larger than I expected. There was plenty of room to relax, enjoy takeaway meals, or simply unwind while admiring the river view from the large windows. The smart room features added a modern touch to the experience. Using Xiao Du, I could conveniently control the curtains and lighting with voice commands. Every morning, opening the curtains to the beautiful river view and morning sunshine was a wonderful way to start the day. Another highlight was the deep soaking bathtub beside the window overlooking the river and flowering trees. Combined with the waterfall-style shower and automated toilet seat, the bathroom experience felt luxurious and relaxing. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive. I had several parcels and deliveries sent to the hotel before my arrival, and the team carefully received them and arranged for them to be delivered directly to my room. The hotel’s delivery robot was also efficient and convenient, providing notifications before arriving at the room. Combining excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, spacious rooms, smart technology, beautiful views, and a fantastic location, Nanjing Guildford Hotel exceeded my expectations. This time, my friend and I came to Nanjing for a trip and chose this Atour Hotel at the Confucius Temple Qinhuai River cruise terminal. It truly exceeded our expectations! It's definitely a hotel geared towards a younger crowd, and Atour is getting better and better, so staying here felt even more reassuring! This hotel features a high-end, wood-themed decor, and the lobby is fully equipped. The late-night congee service is also fantastic! It's really nice!! 1️⃣ First, let's talk about the location – it's absolutely unbeatable. Step out of the hotel, and you're right at the Confucius Temple, inside the scenic area itself! Turning left or right, you'll find lively spots everywhere, and dining is incredibly convenient. Getting to wherever you want to go is super quick!! 2️⃣ Next, the front desk service. Whenever we had a question or needed help, the staff at the front desk (both the young men and women) were quick to respond and assist. It made us feel very comfortable, almost like being at home 🥹🥹. 3️⃣ Finally, the room situation. The rooms are super new, and walking in, you're greeted by a huge floor-to-ceiling window! The view is excellent! Plus, the bedding is fantastic – very clean and comfortable. The mattress is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep!!! Honestly, I made the right choice this time. I'd stay at this hotel every time I visit, and I recommend it to any friends coming to Nanjing too 😃😃.

Absolutely loved it! The environment was fantastic, and the room was super clean. With the curtains drawn, I slept like a baby, completely oblivious to time. Service from 11 and 23 was exceptionally good; they were so friendly and enthusiastic. They even upgraded my friend's room and made sure we were on the same floor as requested. Next time I'm in Nanjing, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. My only minor complaint is that food deliveries can't be brought up to the room. I didn't know this and ended up running outside in light clothing to pick up my order – it was freezing!

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.
