"The Jinling Hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. From check-in to check-out, my experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were warm and professional, communicated smoothly, and patiently answered all my questions about the room and breakfast. We were upgraded to the Asia Pacific Building, which offered a wonderful view. Plus, the hotel's breakfast selection was rich and varied, including many Nanjing local specialties, making both the elderly and children very happy with their meals. Overall, the stay was superb, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing!"

"I rarely write reviews, but after staying here for four nights with my two parents and two children, I simply have to praise this hotel for such a comfortable experience! 1. **Excellent Location**: Right next to the Nanjing Museum, our room offered unbeatable city views with large windows overlooking Purple Mountain and the museum. It's a mere 3-minute walk to the Nanjing Museum to the left, and Ming Palace Metro Station to the right. A snack street is right outside the hotel, and across the street is Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Ming Palace Ruins Park and the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital are both within a 10-minute walk. It's incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation, and great for quickly addressing any emergencies with the kids or elderly. 2. **Free Parking**: I recommend parking in the square in front of the hotel. One day, I mistakenly parked in the hotel's underground garage, and you have to take stairs to reach the lobby entrance. The tree-lined street in front of the hotel is Nanjing's first asphalt road. It's very convenient for driving to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Hongshan Forest Zoo, and Xuanwu Lake, all within about 20 minutes. In a city where parking is notoriously scarce, having free parking at a hotel near attractions is a huge bonus for road trippers! 3. **Complimentary Wheelchairs**: Wheelchairs are available for use anytime during your stay with an 800 RMB deposit. This was a lifesaver for visiting Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Zhongshan Scenic Area, and Nanjing Museum with our elderly parents who have difficulty walking. Without it, our family wouldn't have been able to handle such an intense, walking-heavy itinerary. 4. **Spacious Rooms**: The rooms are very spacious and perfect for families with elderly parents and children. The kids had plenty of space to play freely, and they even offer free cribs, which meant the adults could get a good night's sleep without worrying about toddlers falling out of bed. The hotel lobby has a giant model train set. We happened to catch the little train running on one of our returns to the hotel, watching it climb hills and go through tunnels – the kids absolutely loved it! I regret not taking photos. 5. **Excellent Breakfast**: The breakfast spread is abundant and available until 10:30 AM, which is great for late risers. The front desk saw we were a family and kindly offered an extra complimentary breakfast, so my husband didn't have to eat bread in the room alone! 😂 The hotel clearly has a strong service mindset. While getting food, I noticed the restaurant manager discreetly checking food presentation at each station with the staff and ensuring timely replenishment. The restaurant also didn't mind guests packing food – the little ones couldn't eat regular adult meals, so the hotel's pastries were a lifesaver for lunch at the scenic spot. 6. **Friendly Staff**: All the hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with our requests multiple times, making our stay very comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended for family trips, and an absolute top choice for those traveling by car. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanjing!"

"I've always been a fan of the InterContinental brand, and this time, when I brought my child to Nanjing for a play, I chose to stay here again. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and it was spotlessly clean. Being on a high floor, the view was excellent. "During the May Day holiday, I brought my child to Nanjing and stayed at the Huangpu Hotel. The family room had a large window, a children's tatami mat, a tent, and even toiletries for the baby. The hotel's location is relatively quiet, and there's a well-established restaurant downstairs. The service was also very attentive. A big thank you to customer service agent Guo Guo and to the housekeeping staff who helped mail back the kettle we left in the room. We'll definitely be back next time!"

"The location is good. It is opposite the main hospital, which is very convenient to go to the hospital. It is also close to the scenic spots. The door is the beautiful Wutong Avenue, which is beautiful in all seasons. There are responsible security guards at the door to direct the vehicle to park and cover it with a sunshade. Parking is also free. The lobby staff are enthusiastic and professional. They greet you warmly when you enter and exit. The consulting travel guides and tea and treasure boxes provided are very good. There are also free laundry rooms and gyms, which are very practical. The room is clean, bright and tidy. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and considerate in details. Xiao Xue at the front desk is very enthusiastic and patiently introduces the scenic spots and food. The free wheelchairs provided by the hotel are also super heartwarming. This time I took my parents for a check-up and it was much more convenient to use a wheelchair. The overall experience is very good, cost-effective, and worth recommending"
