GGuest UserSatisfied! Every area was spacious and clean. This was my second time staying in a youth hostel, and the experience was super, super good. The front desk owner/staff were all very kind and easy to talk to. It's very convenient to get to the subway station, just a few minutes away, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the large shopping malls at Xinjiekou subway station. When I checked out, my room card mysteriously disappeared. The owner was very nice and said it was okay, that I could transfer the replacement card fee and they would help me look for it. And they actually found it! They refunded the fee, which gave me an even better impression of Nanjing. By the way, the 'Only the Fragrance Remains 2.0' from Cha Yan Yue Se is fantastic!

DDanaonianlianAs someone with severe mysophobia, I pay close attention to the bedding and toilet when I stay anywhere. This guesthouse truly excels in its hygiene details. The duvet and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and they were from the brand Graceful. The host thoughtfully put an extra pillow protector on the pillow core before the actual pillowcase we used. The mattress also had an additional mattress cover underneath the fitted sheet, showing the same meticulous care as one would in their own home. What particularly touched me as a mysophobe was that the toilet paper rolls were individually wrapped, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers, also from the Graceful brand. The hostess provided very detailed and attentive service, contacting me in advance with directions and check-in instructions. The room's soft furnishings were beautifully and thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for photos. The facilities were comprehensive; in addition to standard disposable toiletries, they also provided disposable towels and bath towels. The high-floor view was also excellent, with the Himalayan buildings and lights visible right outside the window. It was a wonderful stay! ( ﹡ˆoˆ﹡ )

The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. The facilities are complete, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Room equipped with air-conditioning, wall TV, hair dryer, kettle, glass, coffee and tea, bottled drinking water, towel, slipper, phone, table with table lamp, blackout curtain, all toiletries such as shampoo, bath gel, tissue roll and toothbrush + toothpaste + toothbrush.
Hotel equipped with free washer and dryer, handheld steamer, 24h self drinking water, lollipop, and breakfast with CNY25.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
Check in with passport and smooth.
Initially reserved for 5 nights, but check out 1 night early (7.30pm), receptionist offered to modify the check out date via trip.com for refund a night. Quite surprised still can have refund a night from trip.com (take 7-14 days) even after usual check out time 12pm.
Location wise faced to the main busy crossroads. Full of cars and a lot of electric motorcycles. Convenient with nearby food choices, Mcd, supper, convenient store and shopping malls. But not so convinence for ehailling car drop off or pick up as no waiting lobby available. Only available drop by next to main road (near traffic lights and zebra cross) with a lot of pass by electric motorcycle which found dangerous.
Hotel is located at level 5 in the Old Fashion Building. There's few steps up to stairs then lift Lobby available inside the old style mall. Unfortunately, just 2 days before check out, the lift malfunction, so we need to climb up to 6th floor to use another lift to go down to first floor. During check out, we request for help to carry luggages to 6th floor, really appreciate their actions to help.
Recommend their service and amenities.
Location wise nothing can be change. Hopefully will improve in future.

GGuest UserLocation: Excellent! It's less than a 15-minute walk to Laomendong, Confucius Temple, and Changlefang Bailuzhou. You can also get to Jiming Temple and Xuanwu Lake in about half an hour by bus from right outside the hotel. Plus, all the popular local eateries are within a 20-minute walk.
Facilities: All the disposable amenities are provided, and the hardware is good, meeting all your accommodation needs. The room was quite clean and the facilities were fairly new, offering great value for money. If you're a light sleeper, you can ask the front desk for a room not facing the street; they are very quiet and peaceful.

The projector worked great, making it super comfortable to watch shows with friends. The location is also very convenient, close to Xinjiekou and the Presidential Palace, making it easy to get around and explore. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing! ✨

MM679769****The hotel is super convenient for transportation, it's only about a five or six-minute walk to the subway station, which is incredibly friendly for tourists! I arrived quite early because I was on an early train, and the front desk staff proactively helped me with my luggage. Their service attitude was excellent, and they even arranged for me to check in early! The price is economical and affordable, and the environment is very clean. It's incredibly good value for money!

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at night and walked from Dongliu subway station. There was no light outside and the road was pitch black, which was scary. After arriving, there was no light and we walked around in a circle. It was not easy to find. In fact, it is located near the southeast of the community and is easier to find during the day. The bed is right at the entrance of the room, and you can hear people coming and going in the corridor. The sound insulation is average. The newly opened hotel is fairly clean. There is a foul smell in the bathroom, I don’t know if it is related to the weather. There is a storefront at the west gate of the community where you can have breakfast. The advantage is the affordable price.

AAleFragolaCleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom.
Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min).
Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door.
One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person.
After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service.
Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.
