GGuest UserHighly recommend this place to all my girlies! I usually sleep with the lights on when I'm alone in a hotel room because I'm a bit wary, but I felt so safe and relaxed here every night. The environment is super clean, and even the common areas were quiet – no loud chatter, just polite conversations. The soundproofing between the washroom/lounge areas and the rooms is excellent; you can't hear hairdryers or showers from inside. All in all, a big recommendation!

LLuanjingDue to some unforeseen circumstances, I had an extra day in Nanjing. I wanted to stay somewhere close to Nanjing South Railway Station and stumbled upon this guesthouse. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It's designed like a one-bedroom apartment, very spacious, and decorated in a warm and elegant style. They even provided scriptures and Yuhua tea for a tasting. You could easily spend a comfortable day just relaxing in the room, enjoying the sun, practicing calligraphy, and sipping tea without even going out. The bathroom amenities were also very comprehensive, and they even offered disposable towels. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered city views, and I could even see the South Station from my room, which was within walking distance. There's also a commercial area nearby, making dining very convenient, and you can even do some shopping afterward. Later, I checked on my phone and realized it's also very convenient to get to popular Nanjing attractions like Fuzi Temple, Laomendong, and Niushou Mountain. I regretted not staying here earlier, as the soundproofing near the attractions I stayed at before was poor, and I didn't get good rest. My family and I commented multiple times that we wished we had booked this guesthouse from the very first day. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Nanjing.

Environment: Not noisy at all, and the bed was very comfortable.
Facilities: Hot water was fast. The only thing was the bathroom mirror was a bit low, so I had to bend over slightly to dry my hair instead of standing upright.

GGuest UserThe environment was great yesterday, and the overall decor was beautiful. There were areas for dining, reading, and working. The hotel provides toothbrushes, bottled water, and slippers. The location is right inside the Confucius Temple scenic area, which makes getting around incredibly convenient – everything is within walking distance.

AAnonymous UserI highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuzimiao! It's perfectly located right at the entrance of ancient Qinhuai, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious and airy, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable – fresh air and a quiet, comfortable living environment. The makeup mirror and desk were essential amenities that were much appreciated, and all the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was genuinely warm and enthusiastic. I felt completely at ease staying here.

MM679769****The hotel is super convenient for transportation, it's only about a five or six-minute walk to the subway station, which is incredibly friendly for tourists! I arrived quite early because I was on an early train, and the front desk staff proactively helped me with my luggage. Their service attitude was excellent, and they even arranged for me to check in early! The price is economical and affordable, and the environment is very clean. It's incredibly good value for money!

GGuest UserMy stay at the Nanjing Xinjiekou Jingcheng Hotel (Presidential Palace Store) exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The projector worked great, making it super comfortable to watch shows with friends. The location is also very convenient, close to Xinjiekou and the Presidential Palace, making it easy to get around and explore. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing! ✨

AAleFragolaCleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom.
Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min).
Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door.
One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person.
After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service.
Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.

PPatrickeblevinsMy wife and I are trying our best to have children but it has been very challenging. We needed a place close the hospital and decided to try Qingmu hotel because it was conveniently located and looked comfortable from the outside and had mostly positive reviews on trip.com.
As a foreigner who speaks very little mandarin I was concerned about communication with the hotel staff. But I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently they handled this problem. We were able to chat with help of WeChat and google translate. They also knew more English than I thought they would. Soon we were very friendly and found a productive way to communicate my needs and get the best room possible. They also helped with our travel bags and provided water and a snack. I felt very happy and comfortable with their services and they made this feel like a home more than a hotel stay.
The room was very inviting and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and my wife has had back pain but said that the bed was perfect for her. It was nice that they were able to store our medication in a temperature controlled fridge while we continued to work towards conception. We had a wonderful view of the city and the bathroom had essentials to aid in freshening up between sessions. The shower had hot water and a removable head and could fit two people.
We had access to a microwave oven to warm our lunch and a laundry center to catch up on our travel clothing cleaning needs.
The hotel is located close to the subway and is surrounded by many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Staying here during the Chinese New Year you could feel the festivities all around you, with brightly colored decorations and music.
The hotel was also pleasantly decorated with flowers in our rooms as well as in the lobby.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay, for an even better price, my wife and I will definitely return here. I attached some photos of my stay below.
