ZZoubiantianxiatangtangzi.This hotel is excellent! The sanitation is top-notch, and the breakfast spread is fantastic – they even have salted duck, complimentary vermicelli soup, and various osmanthus jelly desserts. The dessert service is high-quality, and they have robot delivery for meals and other items. HUAZHU Hotels' service is consistently impeccable! The only slight downside is that it's a bit far from Sanshan Street, but it's still a manageable 5-6 minute walk. The area is quite lively, but once you close the windows, noise isn't an issue. The whole room is smart, making it well worth the price.

it’s walking distance to the best food street ,all well known Nanjing cuisine can be found here
Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi
The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography
we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm
Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-)
The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help
The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful
Overall we had a great time here thank you

JJinxiaobu.The hotel's location is truly excellent. I knew it was close, but I didn't realize just how close! When I booked, I chose it because it's in front of the train station and behind the zoo, and in practice, I didn't take a single wrong turn. Plus, there's a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Fuzimiao, Xuanwu Lake, Jiefangmen, and Laomendong. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The room facilities were also well-maintained. The breakfast was small but exquisite; the buffet spread was impressive, and the best part is that everything I picked was delicious, so there was no waste. Oh, and the pillows were comfortable too! I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely be back.

The Republic of China-era decor is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are spotless with comfortable bedding. High-end fixtures and appliances are provided in the bathrooms, and amenities like the gym and cafe are fully equipped. The staff are warm, attentive, and provide thoughtful service. Breakfast is exquisite and plentiful, featuring a rich selection of local specialties. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for both relaxing getaways and short trips. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Nanjing!

MM505991****This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it's just as good as the first. First off, the price is really friendly and perfectly matches its great location. Whether you're catching an early high-speed train or a flight, this is a great place to stay. They even upgraded our room on arrival, which made it much more comfortable for two people. It was perfect for our early morning flight on departure day. I'll definitely stay here again next time I travel.

GGuest UserKudos to the cleaning staff on the 15th floor during Chinese New Year. The front desk, which is supposed to be the hotel's face, was a letdown. We checked in at the left counter using Hong Kong IDs, and after we were done, they asked if we needed help with our luggage. We had elderly and children with us, but there wasn't a single word of greeting. Breakfast was up to four-star standards; not a huge variety, but good quality. The lounge on the 5th floor was very average. They had red and white wine, but you had to ask the staff for beer.

CCannalingzhiI was in Nanjing for a four-day, three-night business trip. I originally booked the Orange Hotel next door, but when I saw it was inside a large building, and due to renovations, I'd have to switch floors by elevator and take a long route, I decisively canceled and opted for the Mercure, which is right by the road.
It's very convenient for coming and going, and taxis find it easily. Deji Plaza is just across the street.
The hotel facilities are very new, and they even provided complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also extensive. Upon departure, they thoughtfully offered cleaned fruits. For takeaways, a small robot delivered everything right to my door, so I didn't have to lift a finger. I'll be back next month and will definitely stay here again.

AAlan Lee WJA Delightful Stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel
My stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Nanjing.
The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), the Qinhuai River, and Laomendong. It is also conveniently located for Nanjing South Railway Station, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, and Niushoushan.
What impressed me most was the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Both the room and common areas were spotless and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable.
The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and much larger than I expected. There was plenty of room to relax, enjoy takeaway meals, or simply unwind while admiring the river view from the large windows.
The smart room features added a modern touch to the experience. Using Xiao Du, I could conveniently control the curtains and lighting with voice commands. Every morning, opening the curtains to the beautiful river view and morning sunshine was a wonderful way to start the day.
Another highlight was the deep soaking bathtub beside the window overlooking the river and flowering trees. Combined with the waterfall-style shower and automated toilet seat, the bathroom experience felt luxurious and relaxing.
The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive. I had several parcels and deliveries sent to the hotel before my arrival, and the team carefully received them and arranged for them to be delivered directly to my room. The hotel’s delivery robot was also efficient and convenient, providing notifications before arriving at the room.
Combining excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, spacious rooms, smart technology, beautiful views, and a fantastic location, Nanjing Guildford Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

这次入住南京古都饭店，是我南京之行最满意的体验之一。
酒店地理位置非常优越，步行即可到达夫子庙、秦淮河和老门东等著名景点，前往南京南站、禄口国际机场以及牛首山也十分方便。
最让我印象深刻的是酒店极高的卫生水平。无论是客房还是公共区域，都保持得非常干净整洁，让人住得特别安心和舒适。
房间空间十分宽敞，比预期更大。无论是休息、享用外卖，还是坐在窗边欣赏河景，都让人感到非常舒适惬意。
客房的智能化体验也很出色。通过“小度”即可语音控制灯光和窗帘，科技感十足。每天早晨打开窗帘，映入眼帘的便是阳光与河景，让人心情愉悦。
我特别喜欢靠窗的大浴缸，泡澡时可以欣赏河景和窗外盛开的花树。再加上瀑布式花洒、智能马桶以及干湿分离设计，整体卫浴体验非常出色。
酒店服务同样值得称赞。工作人员热情专业、细心周到。我在入住前有几件快递寄送到酒店，工作人员不仅妥善代收，还安排送至房间，非常贴心。酒店的机器人送物服务也十分方便，到达前会提前通知客人。
优越的地理位置、宽敞舒适的客房、智能化设施、一流的卫生标准以及贴心周到的服务，共同成就了一次难忘的入住体验。下次再来南京，我一定还会选择南京古都饭店。

GGuest UserWas hard to find as the taxi driver coming from the train station drops you at the crossing and doesn't tell you where to go. He probably doesn't know himself as it's in a pedestrian area and cars can't get to it. If you're getting dropped off from the station you'll need to cross the road and walk towards the pedestrian shopping area.
I arrived early, they allowed me to check in early. Staff don't speak any English and don't attempt to translate using their phone nor give you their wechat hotel number to communicate. My mandarin is minimal. Breakfast wasn't communicated. I proceeded to my room. The room was dusty and didn't appear to have been cleaned. The room I booked had a mini bar but the one they assigned didn't.
I went back to reception. Reception is on level 5. This is me guessing based on the sign board in Chinese characters by the lift when I first got there. There's only one lift. There are stairs which I didn't use. I told them that the room was dirty and missing a mini bar. They told me to wait 30 mins while they got another room ready. No hesitation, no fuss at all.
The next room was a bit better. The room is dated and needs a makeover. The clothes rack is rusty, the bed spread had holes in it. I found lashes stuck on the table. There needs to be a bit more attention to detail with cleaning and dusting. They might only empty the bins, change the bedding. The shampoo bottle was empty. I didn't say anything because I was using my own shampoo. The walls are soundproof. It does get noisy with guests slamming their door, a pub is down stairs and people yell and toot their scooter horn. It's a great location by the river which is always busy. Lots of food choices. To catch a ride, you need to go to one of the many footpaths by the road. Breakfast was good for savoury taste buds. The noodles the first morning were hard and cold. The coffee machine takes three top ups to get a cup. It was pitiful. The gym is just one treadmill. The washing room was great. I got washing done. I stayed here three nights. It was OK for the price I paid.

GGuest UserThe lobby is luxurious and brightly lit, giving off a very high-end vibe. The front desk attendant, a lovely lady at counter #3, was incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous. The room was exceptionally clean and stylish, offering great value for money. Plus, the mini-bar prices were very reasonable, and dining downstairs was super convenient. Highly recommend!
