Service: I stayed here during the May Day holiday. The front desk contacted me in advance to confirm my estimated arrival time and proactively helped me with my luggage to the parking lot. After a brief chat, my booked courtyard room was upgraded for free to a third-floor river-view king room. The Qinhuai River was right outside the balcony door of the living room. The staff also kindly informed me of the best viewing times and explained all the room's amenities.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, peaceful yet central. The room was meticulously clean, and the public areas were bright and tidy.
Value-added services: The minibar offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and two facial masks. The public area on the first floor provided a variety of traditional Chinese clothing for guests to use for free photos, including Hanfu, horse-face skirts, and qipaos. They were varied, clean, and suitable for women of all sizes.
Breakfast: Breakfast was a semi-buffet, featuring the hotel's special noodles and Nanjing's local pastries and cold dishes, all quite rich and delicious.

What I really want to give feedback on is the attentive, meticulous, and patient service. I generally don't have high expectations for hotels near tourist attractions, but this one was truly excellent. During our stay, Nanjing experienced a temperature drop, and the room was very cold. A young girl at the front desk brought us an electric heater and blankets late at night. The next day, she helped us move to another room in their branded hotel, saying it was their responsibility and they apologized for the poor experience. She explained that the room was cold because no one had stayed there the previous night, and since it was an older building, they had come up with many ways to keep it warm without damaging the structure. In short, they didn't shirk responsibility or make excuses; they were focused on improving the guest experience. Such a business deserves a good review, and I wish them continued success.

Anonymous UserMy stay at the Jiangsu Yishiyuan Hotel during this trip to Nanjing far exceeded my expectations; it was truly perfect.
Excellent Location: The location is superb. The view from my window was beautiful. Transportation is incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to the Presidential Palace, Xuanwu Lake, or shopping in the Xinjiekou commercial district. You can easily reach these destinations by subway or taxi, as there are two subway stations nearby. A taxi ride will cost around 8-9 yuan. You can have lunch in Xinjiekou, visit the Presidential Palace in the afternoon, and then take photos at Yihe Road. In the evening, you can enjoy the evening breeze at Xuanwu Lake. Breakfast is served nearby, featuring local specialties like Yin's Soup Dumplings, Xiao Li Soup Dumplings, and Chen Ji Duck.
Warm Service: From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt exceptionally cared for. The front desk staff were efficient and smiling during check-in, and the concierge was proactive and enthusiastic. Particularly impressive was the rapid response of the room service, making me feel truly at home.
Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms were spacious and bright, with elegant yet modern decor. The soft and comfortable bedding provided us with a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The overall environment was very quiet; despite being in a bustling area, we enjoyed a good night's sleep thanks to the excellent soundproofing. It was also the Mid-Autumn Festival, and upon entering our room, we were greeted with mooncakes and welcome fruit. The hotel also offered dinner that evening, making it a highly recommended choice, especially for families with elderly members who are worried about crowds and not being able to eat on time during holidays! Reservations can be made in advance at the hotel restaurant, so you can simply go to the restaurant to eat after your visit! The restaurant service was also superb! The staff were patient and attentive, and the food was diverse and delicious!

There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, making dining and shopping very convenient. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely book here again on my next visit.

Anonymous UserThe flower arrangements in the lobby are beautiful, and you can borrow books for free. The hotel staff (Xiaoguànjiā - a term of endearment for a hotel attendant) provided thoughtful service and gave very comprehensive and thorough explanations. Issuing invoices and checking out were both very convenient. It's right next to Metro Lines 1 and 2, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. Highly recommend it to everyone!

A five-star hotel with a relatively large building scale. It is located next to the Great Hall of the People and a 10-minute walk from the subway. Very close to everything. The hotel has a majestic appearance. The bedding in the hotel was very comfortable and there was no noise. The service was also very good, and the room upgrade and late check-out were all met. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and the wallpaper on the back of the bed is a bit peeling. The windows and shower glass door did not close properly.
