Before checking in, there's a dedicated service butler who adds you on WeChat. It's a very human and friendly customer service team. I’ve included screenshots from WeChat where they helped chase up afternoon tea, brought welcome gifts, and even helped with food deliveries. This was really thoughtful, especially since deliveries usually can't reach the hotel during the day at the Expo Garden, which was a concern for me. I’m so grateful to the service team for their quick assistance in getting my delivery! ❤️ Also, the breakfast service was very proactive and attentive to detail. There was a staff member dedicated to making coffee, complete with latte art. I ordered two cups at different times, and both had beautiful latte art. They didn't let the service quality drop even when it was busy, which is fantastic and truly sets them apart from traditional five-star hotels. The service software is impeccable, and the staff are all genuinely friendly and warm. I typed every single word of this review by hand because the dedication of the service team deserves every bit of my feedback. Wishing them all the best! I'll definitely be visiting more Banyan Tree resorts in the future. For hot spring hotels in Nanjing, Banyan Tree is top-tier, no doubt about it.

We stayed at Nanjing Central Hotel on our last trip to Nanjing and had a very good impression, so this time, when we brought our child to Nanjing during the National Day holiday, we booked this hotel well in advance. The hotel's location is superb, close to Xinjiekou and directly opposite Deji Plaza, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by taxi, dining, and taking the subway. During our National Day stay, it felt like the entire hotel management team was mobilized, responding quickly and kindly, without any sense of chaos. In the restaurant, the staff were quick to clear and set tables for breakfast, and on both mornings, we received special meal accommodations. Auntie Dong Chunhong from the restaurant even proactively asked if we needed anything, making us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone agreed that we would choose this hotel again on our next visit to Nanjing.

This is my second stay here, and it's still fantastic! The bellboy at the entrance proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff clearly explained all the day's activities. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the kids' activities were really engaging. The pool water was also very clean. Our dedicated housekeeper and Manager Zhou would send us the daily activity schedule, and they were always responsive to our requests. Angel Raina, our butler, patiently helped us with all sorts of issues big and small during our trip. It's exactly this kind of reliable service you hope for when on vacation. The evening variety show left a truly deep impression on us. We hope to meet again here next year.

I specifically came to Nanjing for a concert and chose this hotel – the experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff, Ms. Liu Keke [strong], was incredibly warm and welcoming. When she heard we were in town for a show, she proactively helped us upgrade our room, which ended up being much more spacious. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. After jumping around at the concert, it was a pure relief to lie down and relax. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to and from the venue. Our entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow concert-goers!

I came to Nanjing to clear my head, and after seeing mixed reviews online, I decided to experience it myself. I just wanted a quiet place to relax, and the hotel's pictures immediately captivated me. **Environment 5/5:** Surrounded by lush green mountains, it's incredibly serene. The minimalist and elegant facilities create a calming atmosphere. There's a boardwalk directly connecting to Qixia Mountain and Qixia Temple. The hotel features sculptures from the Sanlun school, a Kasaya wall, and Emperor Qianlong's handwritten Heart Sutra. The 'Double Apsaras' mural on the second floor is even hailed as the 'Eastern Dunhuang.' After listening to the staff introduce the five key features, I arrived feeling tired, but left with a clear mind, full of Zen, and deeply healed. **Service 5/5:** When I checked in, there was a large group, but all the staff politely greeted me. The restaurant staff were busy but full of energy and positive vibes, making the experience very pleasant. **Hygiene 5/5:** Both the guest rooms and public areas were clean and fresh, not at all stuffy. **Dining 5/5:** I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The dishes were light and not greasy, with perfect flavors and presentation. It's a one-stop shop for eating, staying, and entertainment, making everything hassle-free and comfortable. Perfect for meditation and relaxation, a truly wonderful experience!

Overall, I had a good experience. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was very soft and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out, and the lobby environment was quiet. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for early morning flights; it only took me 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the security checkpoint after checking out, which was super handy. The breakfast selection was also quite varied, including local specialties like duck blood vermicelli soup. The service was warm and excellent. I definitely recommend it.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Qinhuai River, essentially putting you right in the scenic area. It's an old, state-run hotel, and you can feel its history just from the architecture. We booked a family room with one large and one small bed, offering various room types suitable for families traveling with children. However, there are some clear drawbacks: 1. The hotel doesn't offer a self-service laundry room. The charges for laundry are still based on an outdated hotel model, costing 40+ RMB per item. This is clearly out of touch and inconvenient, making it less competitive compared to other express or resort hotels. 2. The overall service from the hotel staff is generally good. However, on one occasion, the restroom in the lobby on the first floor was inexplicably closed. I needed to take my child in to change clothes, so we had to use the adjacent accessible restroom. While we were changing, I happened to see a cleaning auntie for the restroom and asked her to open it. She simply replied, ”No,” without giving any reason. What was even more frustrating was that after we finished changing and came out, we saw two cleaning aunties chatting inside the women's restroom. I just don't understand why you couldn't open the door for a guest, offer no explanation, and then just sit inside chatting. Sigh.

The room was very clean, and many details were well taken care of. The kids had a great time, and we even got to watch a free football match in the room, haha! Also, a big shout-out to the lovely lady at the front desk on Sunday morning. She had a round face and wore glasses; I'm so sorry I've forgotten your name – my memory isn't what it used to be!

Location: The hotel is situated within the Garden Expo Park, near Natureland and the Suzhou-style Thirteen Gardens. It's very quiet and perfect for a vacation. Facilities: I booked the most basic room type, which included an entryway and a balcony. The overall design is great, and in summer, falling asleep to the lush greenery of the courtyard was wonderful. Service: It feels like a very caring team. On the first floor, there's a little shelter set up for cats, which looked like strays. During check-in, I received clear guidance. When rooms were available, early check-in and late check-out were possible. Beyond the front desk staff handling check-ins, there were usually at least two other staff members assisting in the lobby, especially during breakfast peak hours, where I counted no less than six service staff in the restaurant. There's also a shuttle service for getting around. They were always responsive and the overall impression was incredibly friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, whether it was the room, the hallway, or the lobby, I hardly saw any trash. This was my first time at the Garden Expo Park, and I was with my elderly parents and child. The hotel package included many attraction tickets. Due to limited time and hot weather, we didn't get to visit all the attractions, but overall, I was very satisfied with everything, from Natureland and Baobao Paradise to the park's scenery. It's a shame that many restaurants have closed down, and there are very few people around. I hope the Garden Expo Park can persevere, and I also hope the Radisson Hotel continues to thrive. I will definitely choose the Radisson Hotel again on my next visit to the Garden Expo Park.

The lake view room was absolutely amazing! The large bay window offered direct views of Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain! The hotel lobby was grand, with a coffee shop. Ctrip guests received a complimentary Americano upon check-in. There was also a piano. The breakfast was incredibly good value for money! For just over 20 yuan, you get a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The duck blood vermicelli soup tasted great, and they also had red bean dumplings, salted duck, duck fat crispy pastries, tofu pudding, and more. I'm planning to bring my child to stay here during the National Day holiday, as I heard they also have craft activities. The service and hygiene were also excellent!
