My stay at Banyan Tree Nanjing Garden Expo was truly a 'home away from home' experience, and I absolutely have to give it a good review. First off, I have to commend the hotel's service. Upon check-in, the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded our room free of charge. The room directly overlooked the mine valley cliff, offering a stunning and expansive view. It also featured a private hot spring bath, fed by natural Tangshan hot spring water. Soaking in the hot spring at night while enjoying the mine valley's evening scenery created an absolutely perfect ambiance. There was a minor incident in between – after checking out, I realized I had left something in the room. I was quite anxious, but after contacting the hotel, the housekeeping staff handled it very efficiently. They quickly located my item and arranged for SF Express to ship it back to me. This feeling of being taken seriously and well-cared for was particularly reassuring. When we checked out, the hotel even prepared a parting gift: an incense stick gift box and an aromatherapy candle. From check-in to departure, every single step made us feel warm and valued. Overall, whether it was the environment, facilities, or service, this experience far exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to several friends, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

We checked in very late, and the front desk was so accommodating – they kindly approved our request for a late checkout the next day, which was fantastic. A special shout-out to Xiao Guo for being incredibly thoughtful and proactive in helping us with any issues. Overall, our experience was great, and the room was very spacious and comfortable!

Our family trip with kids was amazing! The hotel has a refined ambiance, and it's conveniently located across from a mall and a subway station. The housekeeping staff were incredibly thoughtful; our room was spotless, and they even prepared cookies and drinks for the little ones. We were in a hurry and forgot to bring our child's printed homework, but the front desk staff helped us re-print it, which was a lifesaver. We extended our stay due to a typhoon, and the front desk even kindly upgraded our room type. Ms. Dong from the dining department brought delightful surprises every day. On the first day, we had soft and chewy Yuhua Stone Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), and the next day it was warm papaya and tremella soup, making me look forward to breakfast every morning. Ms. Dong mentioned she's been working at the hotel for twenty years and has a deep affection for the place. With dedicated long-term employees like her providing such warm service, the business is sure to thrive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing – it's truly worth it!

Last May Day, we visited the Club Med in Taicang, and the GOs recommended the newly opened Club Med in Nanjing. This summer, I brought my child here for a weekend (three days, two nights) during the school holidays, and the experience was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! **Accommodation:** The rooms were clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The cleaning staff were very friendly and patient, always refilling our drinking water. The resort grounds are spacious and comfortable, with excellent natural surroundings. You can overlook the lake from the balcony, offering a wide and open view. **Activities:** There are plenty of facilities for play, both indoors and outdoors. We happened to be here during a heatwave, so we mostly opted for indoor activities. The indoor sports area includes basketball, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and rock climbing, as well as a 'parkour' area (similar to an adventure course) that my child loved, which we visited for two consecutive days. You can also book KTV sessions. When it's hot, you can also sit at the U Bar and play cards, which is very relaxing. Outdoor activities are also abundant. You can cross a bridge to 'Explore Park,' where you can try archery, kayaking, windsurfing, or even the 'flying trapeze.' However, the flying trapeze requires training, and you need to be able to hang from a bar with both hands for at least ten counts. Neither of us had that much grip strength (we could only manage up to five), so we just watched other 'experts' try it. Kayaking was quite nice; the lake water was clear, and there were little ducks swimming around. It's best to go in the late afternoon, around 5-6 pm, to avoid the intense sun for a better experience. My sister and I kayaked together, and circling the large lake wasn't tiring at all. It's suitable for mothers or older children with moderate physical fitness. **Service:** The butler service was online throughout our stay, with quick responses and smooth communication. Whether it was booking activities or requesting supplies, they responded and handled everything promptly. When we wanted a clothes drying rack for our swimwear on the balcony after swimming, it was provided very quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful and professional. Being peak summer holiday season, the restaurant entrance traffic was also managed efficiently; just stating your room number allowed for quick entry, which was very user-friendly. Here, you can shed your fatigue and quietly enjoy your holiday. I'm already planning to come back when the weather isn't so scorching (the 'furnace city' reputation is certainly well-deserved). **Two additional points:** There's an external food delivery pick-up point near the entrance, which is very convenient. I also loved the hotel's lighting fixtures; they were very artistic. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, KIKI Angel, for the excellent service!

This was my first stay at the Pullman Hotel at Nanjing Lukou Airport, and overall, it was fantastic! Even though the hotel has been open for over ten years, it doesn't feel old at all. On the contrary, the room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. 🤩 You can see the airport right outside the window, but the soundproofing is top-notch! 😲 At night, I could peacefully fall asleep alongside the parked planes, and in the morning, I woke up to the sunrise watching planes take off. 🛫 The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive. 🥹 All in all, it was a great stay – it was not only convenient for travelers but also helped relieve the fatigue of long journeys. 🤩

The location is fantastic, right downstairs from the Fuzi Temple North Archway, and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were also very proactive and enthusiastic with their service. However, the hotel itself is a bit old, and the guest room ceilings are a little low. There are very few power outlets in the room; only one by the bed and just three in total in the entire room, plus a few in the bathroom, but they're not in very convenient spots.

Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money. The breakfast selection was quite rich and complete, offering both Chinese and Western options, along with several authentic Nanjing specialty dishes. There was also a coffee machine, so fresh iced Americanos were always available. Dining on the hotel's top floor offered fantastic views and a great panorama. The room featured two spacious and comfortable 1.5-meter beds, perfectly accommodating two adults and two children. It had electric curtains, and the room offered a good view of the city. The bathroom was equipped with a water purifier and a bathtub. A self-service laundry room on the third floor made doing laundry very convenient. The location was excellent, right next to Wutaishan subway station downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was that the hallway lighting was a bit dim and there was a slight odor. Other than that, everything else was very satisfactory, and I would recommend it overall.

Location: The hotel is situated within the Garden Expo Park, near Natureland and the Suzhou-style Thirteen Gardens. It's very quiet and perfect for a vacation. Facilities: I booked the most basic room type, which included an entryway and a balcony. The overall design is great, and in summer, falling asleep to the lush greenery of the courtyard was wonderful. Service: It feels like a very caring team. On the first floor, there's a little shelter set up for cats, which looked like strays. During check-in, I received clear guidance. When rooms were available, early check-in and late check-out were possible. Beyond the front desk staff handling check-ins, there were usually at least two other staff members assisting in the lobby, especially during breakfast peak hours, where I counted no less than six service staff in the restaurant. There's also a shuttle service for getting around. They were always responsive and the overall impression was incredibly friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, whether it was the room, the hallway, or the lobby, I hardly saw any trash. This was my first time at the Garden Expo Park, and I was with my elderly parents and child. The hotel package included many attraction tickets. Due to limited time and hot weather, we didn't get to visit all the attractions, but overall, I was very satisfied with everything, from Natureland and Baobao Paradise to the park's scenery. It's a shame that many restaurants have closed down, and there are very few people around. I hope the Garden Expo Park can persevere, and I also hope the Radisson Hotel continues to thrive. I will definitely choose the Radisson Hotel again on my next visit to the Garden Expo Park.

Walking through feels quiet and elegant, with bamboo groves and greenery visible everywhere, and lush green views outside the windows. The private dining rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the dense mountain forests, so whether you're dining or relaxing, you're enveloped by nature – the ambiance is absolutely incredible. The private dining rooms are spacious and airy, offering panoramic views of the garden. The round tables are perfect for family gatherings or business dinners, with complete tableware and a tranquil environment. The dishes taste great, the ingredients are fresh, and the dining experience is excellent. The room corridors are quiet and tidy, with ample natural light, and the soft furnishings feel high-end, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's outdoor courtyard is shaded by ancient trees, and the entrance is rustic yet grand. Every step reveals a new view, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's suitable for both leisure vacations and business trips, with outstanding scenery, rooms, and food. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely be back!
