Great
SSayoko197The breakfast area with a view of the pyramids and the Sphinx was absolutely amazing! Staying in a room with a view of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the window and balcony was also a great experience.
All the staff at the hotel were very kind and allowed me to check in early even though arrived early in the morning. The shuttle service from the airport and station was also very helpful. The driver was a nice guy. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe house is absolutely recommendable.
The Maria Pyramids House is excellently located right in front of the pyramids. The rooms are newly made and super. The rooms are very, very clean. I also liked the roof terrace with direct view to the pyramids. The hospitality and service of Osama and Ahmed were very, very good. The gentlemen always gave tips for the day design. The kitchen of Mrs Aeda was also great and breakfast on the roof terrace I enjoyed with view of the pyramids. I had 6 nights in the room and enjoyed every day.
The House has exceeded my expectations.
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious; we stayed in a triple room. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant that offers a free and plentiful breakfast, with views of the pyramids. There aren't many dining options around in the evening, so we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant as well. Our original room was a bit close to the front desk, and since my parents are light sleepers, I spoke to a staff member named Khalid, who kindly moved us to a different room. The staff here are really enthusiastic and helpful.
GGuest UserWhat a great experience at Jasmine Pyramid Hotel!! All the staff were absolutely amazing shout out to Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a and Passm, as well as the Kitchen Staff the Head Chef and Faris! Wow! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a place where everyone was so welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying (considering Ramadan) everything was fresh and good. Close to almost everything and just 900m away from the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with the complimentary Airport Shuttle Services, I extended my stay by a further 2 days. The management organized daily Tours for me with some very professional people and in a very ethical arrangement, (which surprised me because I was concerned about negative tourists reviews of Egypt & it was Ramadan so I expected shorter tours & bad service, but Did_Not experience it) the tours were {pricey} however worth the hassle free nature of seeing this bustling metropolis and all its ancient treasures (btw loved my tour guide). Remember this is a developing country, people are financially challenged, so keep your pennies in your pockets ready. All-in-All I was mesmerized, blown away and charmed by this host. Definitely RECCOMEND!
GGuest UserThis hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care.
There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience.
I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special.
The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient.
Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable.
Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds.
Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.
GGuest UserWe had a very good stay in the hotel, I would like to thanks Mohamed and Mustafa for their great service, they make us feel extremely comfortable, for every single thing we required they were always ready to help us, maybe something to improve is the internet connection but not big deal, for sure I would come back.
VViningsThe hotel has pyramid view on their rooftop, you cN enjoy the view while havinv your breakfast..the room was ok, but lack of amenities..the breakfast was good..the staff is friendly..overall we have a good tine while staying there
DDaniel & Cici Around the WorldGiza Pyramid Inn is very conveniently located, right in front of the Pyramids, offering an amazing view from the rooftop. The breakfast was very good, and the ability to wake up and see the pyramids right outside is definitely a highlight of this stay.
However, there are a few important things to consider. While the pyramid view is stunning, the neighborhood itself leaves much to be desired. The area is chaotic, not well-organized, and quite dirty. As this is a very touristic spot, you will constantly encounter people asking for money or trying to overcharge you for something, which makes it essential to stay alert at all times.
The hotel itself follows the same pattern. The tours they offer are significantly overpriced, likely because some people pay for the convenience, but the prices are far from reasonable. Additionally, we were promised a takeaway breakfast due to our early flight, but when the time came to collect it, they said it was not available. Despite confirming our departure time in advance, we ended up having to buy food at the airport, which was disappointing.
Overall, if you are staying here for the location and the pyramid view, it might be worth it. However, be prepared for the typical tourist traps and be mindful of overpricing. It’s a place that offers convenience, but with some frustrations along the way.
BBeijingtupangziThis hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.
JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.
