Great
Lliz lakeI stayed at Pyramids View in my first night in Egypt and it was a great choice! Amazing view of the Giza Plateau from the rooftop & a nice dinner. Everyone here was so welcoming, and as a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable here- and you can't beat the free water, coffee/tea and breakfast. Great service beyond accomodation as well- I emailed them to see if I could schedule a private car to my Cairo hotel the next day (meeting up with my tour group), and they arranged everything at a great price & a quick response. Since I was leaving before breakfast, they even prepared a breakfast box for me in the morning! It may also be of interest that in my room was a brochure with a list of daily tours that they can organize as well. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe house is absolutely recommendable.
The Maria Pyramids House is excellently located right in front of the pyramids. The rooms are newly made and super. The rooms are very, very clean. I also liked the roof terrace with direct view to the pyramids. The hospitality and service of Osama and Ahmed were very, very good. The gentlemen always gave tips for the day design. The kitchen of Mrs Aeda was also great and breakfast on the roof terrace I enjoyed with view of the pyramids. I had 6 nights in the room and enjoyed every day.
The House has exceeded my expectations.
GGuest UserCompared to other hotels, this one offers incredible value for money. The staff were also very friendly and even helped me register for a food delivery app using my phone number for free. The only downside was that the large breakfast I had while waiting to check in cost 400 Egyptian pounds, which was a bit steep – you can get a big breakfast for only 100 EGP at restaurants downstairs, haha! It's fine for a one-off upon arrival though. There's a Carrefour not far downstairs. Highly recommended for trips to the pyramids!
GGuest UserWhat a great experience at Jasmine Pyramid Hotel!! All the staff were absolutely amazing shout out to Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a and Passm, as well as the Kitchen Staff the Head Chef and Faris! Wow! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a place where everyone was so welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying (considering Ramadan) everything was fresh and good. Close to almost everything and just 900m away from the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with the complimentary Airport Shuttle Services, I extended my stay by a further 2 days. The management organized daily Tours for me with some very professional people and in a very ethical arrangement, (which surprised me because I was concerned about negative tourists reviews of Egypt & it was Ramadan so I expected shorter tours & bad service, but Did_Not experience it) the tours were {pricey} however worth the hassle free nature of seeing this bustling metropolis and all its ancient treasures (btw loved my tour guide). Remember this is a developing country, people are financially challenged, so keep your pennies in your pockets ready. All-in-All I was mesmerized, blown away and charmed by this host. Definitely RECCOMEND!
GGuest UserThis hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care.
There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience.
I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special.
The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient.
Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable.
Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds.
Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.
JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.
AAkkarpanLocation, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either. From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.
❤❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️The staff were incredibly friendly.
The room was clean, but the front desk staff were especially friendly.
If I ever return, it'll probably be because of them.

ЕЕлена001The hotel is located right next to the entrance to the Giza plateau, which is its main advantage.
We booked a more expensive room with a balcony and a pyramid view. While you can see the pyramids, there's a construction site directly below the windows. This spoils the entire view, and it's quite noisy from the ongoing construction work. The builders didn't even stop in the evenings.
There's also a lot of noise transfer from neighbors – constant slamming doors and conversations.
The room itself is far from new, and the towels are very worn out. There are no slippers, but toiletries are provided. There's a kettle (which gives off a plastic smell when boiling) and two cups (which looked like they hadn't been washed, with tea stains).
A big disappointment was the hotel staff. We had planned to have dinner in the hotel's pyramid-view restaurant in the evening. When checking in, we asked if a reservation was needed and were told it wasn't, just to show up. However, we couldn't get in because the restaurant was fully booked by a large group. One of the hotel staff members kept shouting that everything was reserved and wouldn't let us sit down or even look at the menu. When we asked for five minutes to choose a dish for dinner, he just repeated the same thing and shooed us away.
We ended up having dinner in our room, but this situation severely soured our impression of the hotel.
I cannot recommend this hotel. If and when a new building is constructed in front of the hotel, it might completely lose any advantages it currently has.
LLilyduolamiGreat pyramid view from the breakfast area. The hotel is super convenient, just 200 meters from the pyramids. It offers excellent value for money compared to other nearby hotels. The staff were friendly. We arrived straight from the airport earlier than the official check-in time, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge plus. However, the surrounding environment and dining options are just average.
