liz lakeI stayed at Pyramids View in my first night in Egypt and it was a great choice! Amazing view of the Giza Plateau from the rooftop & a nice dinner. Everyone here was so welcoming, and as a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable here- and you can't beat the free water, coffee/tea and breakfast. Great service beyond accomodation as well- I emailed them to see if I could schedule a private car to my Cairo hotel the next day (meeting up with my tour group), and they arranged everything at a great price & a quick response. Since I was leaving before breakfast, they even prepared a breakfast box for me in the morning! It may also be of interest that in my room was a brochure with a list of daily tours that they can organize as well. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely recommendable.
The Maria Pyramids House is excellently located right in front of the pyramids. The rooms are newly made and super. The rooms are very, very clean. I also liked the roof terrace with direct view to the pyramids. The hospitality and service of Osama and Ahmed were very, very good. The gentlemen always gave tips for the day design. The kitchen of Mrs Aeda was also great and breakfast on the roof terrace I enjoyed with view of the pyramids. I had 6 nights in the room and enjoyed every day.
The House has exceeded my expectations.

1. The staff here were very helpful when asked and never expected a tip (despite what you might read online about tipping culture). For example, they'll help you call a taxi – which you pay for yourself in cash – but it's best to request one in advance as they can sometimes be hard to find.
2. When I checked in, part of the hotel was undergoing renovations, so the cleanliness and air quality weren't great on the first day, and there was also some noise.
3. My room was directly below the restaurant, so I had to tolerate some noise from above.
4. The bathroom cleanliness needs improvement; on the first day, there were flies and other insects.
5. The Wi-Fi was quite poor; I only had a signal near the room door, and none by the window.
6. You can see the pyramids from the restaurant and windows, but for a business traveler, well, you get it.
7. Two bottles of water are provided daily, and there's a kettle.
8. Breakfast is a set menu, offering American and French options. I've included a picture of the French breakfast (from the first morning, you can see for yourself), so I'd recommend choosing the American option.

Zia SThis was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful.
The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room)
The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too.
The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness.
I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people.
The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask.
The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather.
Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new.
Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.
The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

This is the perfect place with the absolute best view of the pyramids. The room is small, but it has a large balcony with the best view in the world. The traditional breakfasts are plentiful and very delicious. The staff is extremely helpful. The owner came to each guest during breakfast and chatted with them. These guys provide top-notch service. Breakfasts are served on an amazing rooftop veranda with incredible music. We had tears in our eyes from the beauty and atmosphere. I 100% recommend it. There's a 24-hour front desk, hot water, AC for both cooling and heating, a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, and TV. It's quiet all around. The beds are comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. Nearby, there's a shop with chips, water, and wine. It felt perfectly safe to walk there.
The floor in the room was a bit dusty, but we wore slippers. This hotel is ideal for Giza. If I ever come back, it will definitely be here.

The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and it was very clean. You can see the pyramids from the rooftop, but it's currently under renovation, so taking photos isn't convenient. The staff were very helpful; the receptionist helped me arrange a taxi from the airport and communicated with the driver. When I took a taxi to the pyramids in the morning, the staff saw the first car that picked me up and drove me back, asking what was wrong and if I needed any assistance.

Guest UserWe had a very good stay in the hotel, I would like to thanks Mohamed and Mustafa for their great service, they make us feel extremely comfortable, for every single thing we required they were always ready to help us, maybe something to improve is the internet connection but not big deal, for sure I would come back.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️The staff were incredibly friendly.
The room was clean, but the front desk staff were especially friendly.
If I ever return, it'll probably be because of them.

Елена001The hotel is located right next to the entrance to the Giza plateau, which is its main advantage.
We booked a more expensive room with a balcony and a pyramid view. While you can see the pyramids, there's a construction site directly below the windows. This spoils the entire view, and it's quite noisy from the ongoing construction work. The builders didn't even stop in the evenings.
There's also a lot of noise transfer from neighbors – constant slamming doors and conversations.
The room itself is far from new, and the towels are very worn out. There are no slippers, but toiletries are provided. There's a kettle (which gives off a plastic smell when boiling) and two cups (which looked like they hadn't been washed, with tea stains).
A big disappointment was the hotel staff. We had planned to have dinner in the hotel's pyramid-view restaurant in the evening. When checking in, we asked if a reservation was needed and were told it wasn't, just to show up. However, we couldn't get in because the restaurant was fully booked by a large group. One of the hotel staff members kept shouting that everything was reserved and wouldn't let us sit down or even look at the menu. When we asked for five minutes to choose a dish for dinner, he just repeated the same thing and shooed us away.
We ended up having dinner in our room, but this situation severely soured our impression of the hotel.
I cannot recommend this hotel. If and when a new building is constructed in front of the hotel, it might completely lose any advantages it currently has.
