I specifically came to Huangling and compared several guesthouses before choosing this one. My experience far exceeded expectations, truly the best accommodation in Huangling! The owner's service was incredibly thoughtful. They provided private car transfers for all our comings and goings to and from the scenic area, handled our luggage, and clearly explained the sightseeing routes. They were gentle and attentive, with every detail taken care of. The room's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the entire valley and terraced fields. Opening the window revealed a picturesque mountain and wilderness scene, perfect for photos. The most pleasant surprise was that despite the mountains being humid year-round, this guesthouse was completely dry with no musty smell and was spotlessly clean. The comfort level was comparable to a high-end five-star hotel. You absolutely must try the restaurant on the first floor! They use seasonal local farm-fresh vegetables, with ingredients picked directly from the mountain. The flavors are light and moderate, not spicy, and deliciously fresh. Even those who can't handle strong flavors can order with confidence, enjoying the authentic taste of the mountains. If you're traveling to Wuyuan Huangling, just book this place without hesitation. The accommodation, dining, and service are all top-notch with no shortcomings. I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The B&B was meticulously designed. Upon entering, the ambiance was immediately charming, and the pavilion and stream by the entrance were perfect for photos. The room itself was spotless, and you could tell that both the in-room facilities and amenities provided were of high quality. Furthermore, the host's service was excellent – they made transportation convenient and were incredibly accommodating, always ready to help. Breakfast was also thoughtfully prepared to meet individual preferences, which truly added to the comfortable feeling. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in Wuyuan County.

We took advantage of Hangzhou's spring break for an off-peak trip to Wuyuan before the May Day holiday. The prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It was our first time in Wuyuan, and the guesthouse we picked had a wonderful natural environment with fresh air. We stayed for several days, and the owner was incredibly warm and helpful, plus the place was very clean. There's a lake nearby where we even enjoyed a bamboo raft ride. The kids absolutely loved it!

My family really enjoyed Xi'an Gaocheng, and the hotel was so good that we extended our stay for another night. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Seeing that we were a family of three with an older child, they upgraded our room. The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. They even helped us with recommendations for local food and attractions. Plus, it's very close to Xi'an Gaocheng.

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee. The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

This hotel was my top choice for my June stay. The environment and hygiene were reassuring; both the hallways and rooms were clean and tidy with a fresh scent. The room was quiet and peaceful, and the air conditioning was comfortable and effective. The fitness area was well-equipped, and breakfast was delicious and varied. The shower had great water pressure and a smooth experience, and the laundry service was thorough and thoughtful. The staff were all warm and enthusiastic, making the entire stay effortless and comfortable.

I visited Wuyuan Wunvzhou and stayed at the Huishijie Hotel within the resort. I booked it after seeing good reviews online, and it certainly didn't disappoint. My planning for this trip was spot on! The hotel's location is truly excellent, being close to the performance venues. If you get tired, you can easily pop back to your room for a rest before heading out again. The room was clean, and the facilities were all good. The front desk service was also very impressive. Overall, this is a great hotel.

Unfortunately, I cannot fully recommend staying here if you travel with a family. After 25 days of traveling through China, this is the only more negative review I have had to write. Although the rooms are very nice, the breakfast is good, and the room attendants even left a lovely handwritten note, the service from the front desk was a little disappointing. On Trip.com, the hotel advertises airport and station pickup/drop-off services. However, when I contacted the hotel via WeChat 24 hours in advance to arrange a taxi van for 4 adults with luggage, I was told to come to the reception the next morning to arrange it. When I went down to reception at 7:45 AM, there unfortunately was not much they could do at first. The ladies at the front desk were kind and tried to help, but it took too long while we were in a hurry to catch our 9:45 AM train. The only option offered was a taxi van for 200 yuan. I did not mind paying the price, but it did not feel like there was much urgency or preparation in arranging it. In the end, I booked a Didi for my senior mother and sister, while my senior father and I had to wait outside in the rain trying to hail a regular taxi. Unfortunately the Didi big cars were not available this morning else I would have preferred booking those. Please make sure the taxi and transfer service advertised on the website is actually available and properly organized. It was disappointing to have to wait in the rain under these circumstances.

I booked this hotel at the foot of Mount Sanqing late in the evening, solely for the duplex layout. I didn't even check its location before booking, only to realize the next day when buying tickets that it's right next to the scenic area entrance – what a fantastic location! The next few photos are taken from the hotel's rooftop terrace – so beautiful! Oh, and summer in Sanqing Mountain is quite cool, though it can be a bit rainy. Sometimes you go up the mountain and it's so foggy you can't see anything, like being in the clouds. Now, about the stay itself. Even though it's a duplex, the bed on the first floor is a small one, tucked by the window near the staircase bend. It really only feels suitable for one person. If you're traveling with more people, this room configuration isn't ideal. My family of four (including two grown children) felt quite cramped sleeping there for one night. Actually, the first-floor space is quite large, but the hotel has used the bigger part for the living room. The sofa and coffee table just look out of place with the rest of the furniture, very mismatched and frankly, a bit low-rent. I can't help but wonder why they didn't just put a large bed on the first floor. That way, both levels of the duplex would have a big bed, and it would still feel spacious – wouldn't that be better? Oh, and here's a crucial point: the hotel's room hygiene definitely needs major improvement. On the toilet seat in the second-floor bathroom, we found some unidentified excrement *before* we even used it. When I communicated this to the staff, all I got was a simple ”sorry.” I ended up sanitizing the seat myself. Honestly, such disgusting hygiene issues are quite off-putting. I really hope they can strengthen their improvements in the future! Aside from that, everything else was quite satisfactory.

We came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages. We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too! Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms. It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained. I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me! The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain. This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.
