Apartemen ini terletak di Jalan Dr. Cipto No.14, Pasir Kaliki, Cicendo, Bandung — cukup dekat ke banyak pusat penting: pusat perbelanjaan (Living Plaza, Cihampelas Walk, Braga City Walk), rumah sakit, akses transportasi. 
2. Fasilitas dalam unit lengkap
Unit-unit dilengkapi AC, dapur/kitchenette, kulkas, TV, peralatan dapur, mesin cuci, WiFi. Banyak pengunjung menyebut dapurnya bersih dan perlengkapannya memadai.

• Keamanan 24 jam. 
• Petugas yang responsif, misalnya ketika tamu datang pagi dan menitip barang diperbolehkan.

DDMITRIY ULIANOVIbis Trans Studio is a 21-story building with city views from its upper floors.
Pros: Quick check-in, close proximity to Trans Studio Mall and a Padang restaurant across the street. The linen was very clean, and there were no issues with hot water.
Cons begin with the sheer size of the building, and Bandung essentially serves as a weekend getaway for crowds from Jakarta who come for the food and entertainment. Despite the clean linen, the room cleaning was just average: the shampoo bottle was half-empty, there were leftover hairs from previous guests, and no complimentary water was provided with the coffee and tea. Naturally, with a high occupancy rate, it's incredibly difficult to maintain every room perfectly, so cleaning is done to a minimally acceptable standard. The hotel's proximity to downtown Bandung, in my opinion, is more of an advantage—more on that below.
Interesting note: It takes almost an hour to walk to Braga Street, the main thoroughfare. It’s not difficult, but you need to know how to cross the road in aggressive traffic by extending your hand. Motorcyclists will go around you, but you need more patience for cars to follow this trick.

MMawar Diana Abu KassimI really enjoy staying in this hotel and I always prefer to staying here to the other hotels. The staff are remarkably polite and helpful especially Yuda & Aisyah.It has a direct access to the liveliest street in Bandung, i.e Braga street. Highly recommended for any travelers who like a comfortable place to stay surrounded by any type of street entertainments and culinaries.

AAnthrjonahIf you're looking for a hotel in the Dago area with a cool, peaceful atmosphere that's still easily accessible, I quite like House Sangkuriang Bandung. Its strategic location in upper Dago, close to cafes and universities, yet the hotel's ambience still feels private and comfortable for a staycation or a short escape in Bandung. The building has a unique classic-modern design compared to other hotels in the vicinity, complemented by an outdoor swimming pool area which is a favorite spot for guests.
As for the rooms, overall they feel spacious, clean, and comfortable for rest. Many guests are also quite satisfied with the staff's friendliness and the hotel's homely, not-too-crowded atmosphere. Breakfast and the pool area are often mentioned positively in several guest reviews. It's suitable for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking for a cooler and more relaxed Bandung vibe.
Things to note: some guests have mentioned that certain parts of the hotel are starting to need maintenance, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't optimal, especially since the Dago area can get quite busy with traffic at certain hours. However, if you're looking for a hotel with a comfortable vibe, a great location, and good value for money in the Dago area, this hotel remains an appealing choice.

So far so good with a reasonable price and great location. A lot of option for food and coffee shop.
But the shower head must be put into a deep clean process, the water is fine but the shower head need to be clean or change, thank you.

MMimie WahabVery old building with basic amenities. Need some improvement and refurbished. The room size is ok. The aircond at the 1st room given at the ground floor is faulty. After few minutes trying the staff decided to offer 2nd room at the 1st floor.
The guest house full with trees but unfortunately the guest can smoke freely at the compound in front of the rooms. We can still smell the cigarette smoke lingering around the compound.
We saw a plug at the common area that being tampered with soooo many plaster. It should be repaired for safety.

AAdita FarahiyahIt is located on a small road and a bit far from the main road, so perhaps not an ideal location to stay. When we came there, part of the hotel was being renovated so we couldn't enjoy everything. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast is very tasty.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
