TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

GGuest UserOur stay in Bandung was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Pascal 23 and conveniently near the Whoosh High-Speed Rail, which made getting around very easy.
The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to rest after a full day out.
That said, there is room for improvement in the breakfast spread. Compared to other hotels in Bandung, the variety felt limited. I was hoping for a wider selection including Western, Indonesian, and Chinese options. I also always look forward to a good jamu selection when in Indonesia, but unfortunately the jamu and juices here were quite diluted.
Service during breakfast could also be more attentive—we had to remind staff a few times about our latte, as it was missed on two occasions.
However, despite these minor points, the overall service and experience were still very good.
I would like to specially mention Ms. Ayu from the guest relations team. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and truly went the extra mile. She assisted us with spa reservations for two days and even personally followed up via message to remind us and check if everything went well after our treatments.
As someone working in banking, I genuinely appreciate this level of personalized service—it truly creates a “wow” experience for the customer.

SSov1sticatedOver the past 6 months, every time I've visited Bandung, I've chosen to stay at Harris, and this is my third time. Each visit, I notice an improvement in their service. When we first stayed, we had to buy bottled water and bring it to the hotel. A few months later, on our next visit, they had already installed a water dispenser, so buying water was no longer necessary. The location is fantastic, directly connected to a mall, and we even get free gym access at AF. Truly the best! I'll definitely be staying here again.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

RRoslina SawitriThere are two towers. This was in 2524 and everything was fine. Its oldish but not to the point of being/feeling creepy. A bit lacking of plugs tho. The quality of the towels are not the best either for this type of hotel. Only I wish they would provide 2 bottles of water. Thanks for the complimentary snacks! The room is located overviewing the swimming pool so in the daylight its pretty loud from the kids playing.

FFifi nadzirahLove the location,love the hotel. But, there are improvements to be made. The toilet is not sparkly clean as. The housekeeping did a great job in cleaning, just the toilet need a little improvement. The drain flow is slow. Overall I really enjoyed staying there. It is close to Bandung culiners ❤️

GGuest Userits so noisy because the floor outside the room is tile and not a carpet so when the service trolley goes by its so noisy and they put me in the same floor with the conference room. they have only 2 lift for the entire building.. the lobby decor is nice though.. the bell boy is very. friendly.. dont. mention the bed.. it is the worst you can feel the. spring against your body.. i spend. 3.nights and not evem 1 night i can sleep peacefully.. just imagine 9 floor only 2 lifts. but they do have a lot of parking space which is a plus in bandung.. bathroom and the closet and the wardrobe is terrible

Looks like the inside is a gate maintenance, but inside is classic Comfortable.
Maybe one drawback, the main door 611 is not locked from the outside, so it's dangerous to steal valuables when you go out.
