"We had a very comfortable stay at Truntum Cihampelas. I wpuld like to extend my appreciation to Dessi at the front desk for decorating the room. Staffs are very friendly. The breakfast has everything from local to weatern and the sago and banana dessert was so good. There is also jamu and drinks. All good. Recommended hotel."

"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"I booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes"

"Unbeatable loction. 100m away from the vibrant Braga Street. Good size and clean Merdeka Room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread , satisfactory. Didn't manage to use other facilities provided. Our last visit was in 2023, at the apartment unit. Didn't realise that we booked the sama hotel until we arrived. Smelly bathroom which was the same experience that we had back then. Cleanliness was satisfactorily. I suspected the smell was due to the piping or drainage issue. Shut the bathroom door whwn you're in."

"Stay at Yello Paskal is always being full of pleasure experience for us. The Yello team always being kind and warm to guests from security on 1st floor until the receptionist and the houskeeping. The location is strategist, room is clean, no terrible sounds from outside hear. Will always comeback again and again."

"We booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!"

"Strategically located, just across from Braga street. Straight ahead you'll find the Grand Mosque and the town square (Bandros stop). Plenty of options for dinner, minimarts, and coffee shops. It has an indoor pool and warm hospitality from the staff, especially the female receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name). My only complaints are that the room isn't very soundproof and the breakfast options are limited. Still, it was a pleasant staycation, thanks Savoy Homann!"

"The room was clean, the location was also strategic, and the view was great. but somehow they recommended us to change room for the second night due to high load on the initial floor. We did request quiet room before, and we feel that they could have arranged it better at the first place. But overall it was a good stay, but it was not convenient to repack our belongings and unpack it again."

"It's a very great hotel with a very great location. Superb. Love the vibe and love the overall design. Love how it's funky yet still minimal.. When we checked in, there was complimentary drinks for us at the lobby and it was yummy. Upon booking we had requested some complimentary servings for us to celebrate our anniversary, and YES. We got it upon entering the room. It was very tasty and pretty. Apart from that the room was spacious enough for us couple + 2 toddlers. We got the baby cot as per request. Just a few downside that I think can be improved, first is the room door that is so easily opened by our children. There were no door stopper at the door or extra safety lock, it was quite inconvinienf for us cuz our kids were so curious and keep wanting to open the door. Then, the dustbins had no plastic and the toilet has no hose bidet, but a built-in bidet. That's all. Other than that, perfecto, especially the variety delicious breakfast buffet. There were literally almost everything we missed about Indonesia in the breakfast buffet, undescribable! Unforgettable. Would definitely come again in the future insyaAllah"

"The staff was really helpful and friendly. There are few shortcomings but I would definitely stay here again if I go to Bandung"
