"Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave."

"The hotel was nice, near by to anything only by walk you can go to cihapit as well. Also easy to find food around there. Thank you amarossa for the stay it was really nice stay."

"The hotel was so luxurious and elegant. Nice and clean. Convenient as the Shopping mall was next to the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms Maya and Mr Alfirdus for the special decorations for our anniversary. Even though I overlooked my check out date ,they managed to wait for my call and did not touch anything in the room yet. To confirm that I'm extended the stay or check out. Well done 👍 guys. I'm super happy staying at this hotel. My wife was surprised by the rose while we were taking our breakfast. She loved it so much 🙏. We definitely will come back again for our next trips."

"It was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made. We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"I wish there’s more hotel like Janevalla. Besides the 24-hrs stay that’s amazing, they have 2 levels variety of breakfast from sweets, jamu, savory, even traditional snacks, they have it all! I believe it when they say it’s worth it! The location is definitely strategic and a nice rooftop pool! It’s only 5-15 mins away from those hype spots. Not to mention there’s a gooood nasi goreng (at night) and circle K parked in front/across the hotel. Would come back again!"

"We booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!"

"The facilities are good, and the food is decent, though not amazing. There were a couple of minor issues that were quite annoying. The first time we went for breakfast, we were asked how many people we were, and told that if there were two of us, we could only sit indoors and not outside. After calling a supervisor or coordinator, we were finally allowed to sit outside. Then there was the issue with the bathroom mat... after the room was cleaned, it wasn't put back. When we requested it, it took about 2 hours for it to be delivered. Every time we called, the receptionist answered like a bot, saying it had been reported to housekeeping for delivery... yes, it was delivered, but 2 hours later."

"The room was quite spacious, a premier type. However, the bathroom was not well-maintained; the bathtub made noise, and the water pressure was extremely low, both in the tub and the shower. The hairdryer wasn't in the room and had to be requested. These issues should really be addressed. On a positive note, the reception and room service staff were very friendly. However, the service at the downstairs cafe during dinner was just average and slow. The children's facilities are good, with both free and paid options. I hope things improve in the future."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke English well enough to communicate comfortably. The location is excellent, especially if you are planning to visit Farmhouse and Bamboo Park. The cleanliness was good overall, although I would rate it 4 out of 5, as there were a few mold spots in the bathroom. Aside from that, everything was very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and plenty of choices for different tastes."
