⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Bandung! I'm honestly incredibly satisfied with my stay experience at Crowne Plaza Bandung! From the moment I stepped in, the hotel atmosphere felt luxurious, modern, clean, and very exclusive. All the staff were super friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like a VIP throughout my time here! 🥰 The room was spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The bed was pure heaven—so soft that I didn't want to leave the room! 😂 All the in-room amenities were complete and made the stay experience very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to get to interesting places in Bandung. What I liked most is that after a full day of walking and shopping, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a place to fully recharge. Breakfast was also amazing! The food selection was extensive and delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, service was fast, and the staff always made sure guests were at ease. But what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the entire Crowne Plaza Bandung team. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and genuinely provided service that made us feel valued. It wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an experience that made us want to come back again and again! I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dago Bandung. The hotel is impeccably clean, modern, and ideally situated in the heart of Dago, offering easy access to Bandung's vibrant culinary scene and shopping districts. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and consistently attentive — always greeting guests with a warm smile and a willingness to help. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained, complete with a stunning view of the city skyline. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, featuring a generous selection of both local delicacies and international dishes to suit every palate. The facilities were top-notch — the swimming pool and fitness center in particular stood out and contributed greatly to an overall sense of relaxation and comfort. All in all, this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Dago Bandung to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

This is an international chain hotel, and I've stayed at this brand in several countries before. The rooms are clean and tidy, and its downtown location makes getting around really convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly. I'd stayed at this hotel brand in other cities before, so I wasn't sure how to delete the old Wi-Fi settings, but the front desk attendant was very patient and helped me get connected.

Upon check in at 3pm, the room was having a very strong foul smell hence we request for a change. However they told us to wait till late afternoon then other rooms are available hence we waited. I followup 3times for the availability to exchange room via call, to no avail i went to the lobby at 5:30pm to ask again. A different receptionist attend to me and directly i got the exchange of our room. To my Dissppointment again, the room we next check in, the airconditioner was not cold. We requested again to check the aircond. As my toddler was sweating while just watching tv. However after they check, the aircond only slightly cold. Anyways hope the management of the hotel look into this issue seriously as we are not only booking one room, we took 2room. The room for my mom in law was also same issue on the airconditioner - not cold. Toilet door hinges was loosen. Toilet couldnt flush after the second day. Location wise, walking distance to Sarinah only. Breakfast was acceptable.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The hotel's decor clearly shows a sense of grandeur, and the environment is beautiful. However, it's a shame that the rooms are in need of maintenance. The room door was completely broken and couldn't be locked, only the security chain could be used. The bathroom door was also completely broken and couldn't be closed.

We really enjoyed staying here! Especially the swimming pool. The vibes is like in Bali. Close to go anywhere around Dago and no traffic. We will come back here again!

Incredible staff, went above and beyond for us. They gave us a bunch of stuff n delivered on their service. Although the showers could be a little more clean, the service makes up for it.

Very old building with basic amenities. Need some improvement and refurbished. The room size is ok. The aircond at the 1st room given at the ground floor is faulty. After few minutes trying the staff decided to offer 2nd room at the 1st floor. The guest house full with trees but unfortunately the guest can smoke freely at the compound in front of the rooms. We can still smell the cigarette smoke lingering around the compound. We saw a plug at the common area that being tampered with soooo many plaster. It should be repaired for safety.

However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
