5-Star Hotels in Bandung City

Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again. I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Bandung! I'm honestly incredibly satisfied with my stay experience at Crowne Plaza Bandung! From the moment I stepped in, the hotel atmosphere felt luxurious, modern, clean, and very exclusive. All the staff were super friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like a VIP throughout my time here! 🥰 The room was spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The bed was pure heaven—so soft that I didn't want to leave the room! 😂 All the in-room amenities were complete and made the stay experience very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to get to interesting places in Bandung. What I liked most is that after a full day of walking and shopping, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a place to fully recharge. Breakfast was also amazing! The food selection was extensive and delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, service was fast, and the staff always made sure guests were at ease. But what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the entire Crowne Plaza Bandung team. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and genuinely provided service that made us feel valued. It wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an experience that made us want to come back again and again! Thank you, Crowne Plaza Bandung, for making our trip to Bandung more special and memorable. 🥹❤️ Definitely one of the BEST hotels in Bandung! Highly, highly recommended! We happened to get a room on a floor without an elevator, but thankfully the staff helped us carry our luggage. The directions to our room were a bit unclear, even though it was close to the lobby. It would be great if they could improve the signage, especially for floors that aren't elevator-accessible, to make it easier and clearer to find.

its so noisy because the floor outside the room is tile and not a carpet so when the service trolley goes by its so noisy and they put me in the same floor with the conference room. they have only 2 lift for the entire building.. the lobby decor is nice though.. the bell boy is very. friendly.. dont. mention the bed.. it is the worst you can feel the. spring against your body.. i spend. 3.nights and not evem 1 night i can sleep peacefully.. just imagine 9 floor only 2 lifts. but they do have a lot of parking space which is a plus in bandung.. bathroom and the closet and the wardrobe is terrible
