Outstanding
Ddaria tedderI liked it incredible! Of course, I want to say in advance that it is not worth expecting the lacquer conditions from hotels in this area. All Moalboal is a village) But we were ready for it, so all the accommodation in general we liked it very much)
The room at the time of booking remained only one - pink. The view on the sea is not as from the room on the other. It is also slightly less than two coming out on the veranda. But the impressions it didn't dim, it's just an incredible feeling when you can go out on the veranda and go down to the warm sea with millions of sardines! Also there were very good breakfasts on the menu, serve in the neighboring house and prepare specially for you. We, unfortunately, visited because of the tours only 2 of 4.
The only problem I saw was that in the room only one normal roast, and that was behind the closet in a not very affordable place. The rest of the railroads were so bloated that to insert a European charging there so that it kept it necessary with a crushing chip.
IIuliia ShilinaThe room matches the description. Spacious and clean. Important: if you want your room cleaned, please put a sign on the table or tell the girls at reception. It's close to the sea and they help with organizing excursions. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The only downside is there's no TV or refrigerator.
TtangentleExcept for the crowing of chickens, the environment is quite quiet. It is about four kilometers away from the Sardine Storm dive site. The hotel has a dedicated car for free pick-up and drop-off. They also helped us book a car from the airport and a car to Obslob at a reasonable price.
AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at West Coast Beach House in Moalboal, Cebu. The room was simple and comfortable enough during the stay. The team member were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One thing to note is that it’s best to bring your own toilet amenities. Overall, it’s a nice, straightforward place to stay if you’re looking for something basic with warm and helpful service.
AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at this hostel and really enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were friendly and the service was great, which made me feel welcome. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent — fast and reliable, perfect if you need to work during your stay.
That said, there’s a little room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and amenities. When I first entered the room, there was a bit of a fishy smell that could be addressed to make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d recommend this place, especially for those who need good internet and friendly service, and I believe with a few improvements it could be even better.
GGuest UserGood for diving in Moalboal, its neptune diving shop are downstairs, only 10 metres away from the coast. But of course, the location is at the end of the street. a bit far from the main street restaurants but it just a 5-10mins walk, acceptable . But it is noisy at night, because it is facing a night club . can hear shouting and music from my room till 2-3am.... the hotel restaurant downstairs but my booking didn't include the breakfast , buy separately will be around 200-300 peso.
Air conditioning is not cool enough. no tooth brush ,paste and hair dryer provided. And the water is hardwater, you can buy bottle water yourself. we arrived late, needed to climb to the top (3rd floor). the staff also helped to take the luggage.
The hotel provided car pick up service from Cebu Mactan airport 3000peso 3-4hrs. provided Kawasan fall Canoyeering with transport ticket and lunch 2500 per person (4hrs) with ”Nancy Kawasan shop”.
Scuba Diving shore 1600peso with gear and dive master, called ”Ar-ink”, nice person.
GGuest UserLoved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again
GGuest UserThe air conditioning worked well, and the hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. They also offered bike rentals (for an additional fee) and kindly showed us how to use them.
The staff were always smiling and helpful.
The road opposite the beach is a little ways from the main road, and it can be dark and unsafe to walk alone. We recommend accessing the beach side at night.
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I spent one week in Kasai village. It’s already been 7 months since we are back home but the hotel is worth receiving the review even after that amount of time. After a loving welcome on our first evening we decided to sign up for an open water diving course, which turned out to be the best decision. Since it was the beginning of the season the hotel was still quite empty and the two of us enjoyed a private course. Our diving instructor Tata was very experienced and highly skilled which made us feel safe at all times during the course. He made the theoretical lessons really interesting which made us eager to learn everything for our final test - which we in the end passed with good results ;) On our last day we wanted to show off our diving skills and booked a trip to see the whale sharks. After asking, Tata even agreed to be our private guide for the day! Thanks for that! We want to highlight especially the lovely restaurant-team. The staff was incredibly friendly and always asked us about our day without being annoying at any time. Our special thanks goes to Maccoy and Ranessa (I apologise for the bad spelling 😋) which almost made us feel part of the family. The resort itself is I credibly beautiful, right by the sea and a big outdoor pool area. Apart from that we enjoyed delicious local meals in the hotel restaurant. We highly recommend Kasai village for divers, wanting-to-be-divers but also for travellers that just want to enjoy the beauty of Cebu Island. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience that we will keep in mind for a long time!
AAnonymous UserHas a lot of potential. Location is good and staff were helpful in ordering Tuk tuks to the town and organising day trips.
Unfortunately our shower kept going cold but they did do their best to sort it.
