"The hotel is located right on the seashore with a direct descent (as well as a concrete path to the edge of the reef). The view from the room and from the territory was simply mesmerizing, especially at sunset. The ability to leave the room in the morning and immediately find yourself on the beach is priceless. There is a nice swimming pool on the territory. The hotel territory and rooms were cleaned regularly. The breakfasts were wonderful, especially pleased with the opportunity to order freshly baked croissants. this is the perfect place to disconnect from the bustle of the city and enjoy nature. The silence, the sounds of the waves and the absence of crowds of tourists created a complete feeling of relaxation. The territory with a large number of tropical flowers and plants, which is looked after by a whole staff of employees. The furniture and plumbing in the room were in good condition, but its age was felt. An additional plus is the ceiling fan. Dolphin-House Resort is a great option for those looking for an authentic, quiet and secluded holiday in the bosom of nature. This is not a five star luxury resort, but a nice, cozy resort with a stunning location and a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful rest and would love to come back here again to enjoy this peace again."

"The hotel's location is a bit remote, 500 meters from the main road, but that's good, away from the crowds and noise. There's a clean pool. The rooms face the street, with their own small terrace in front. Housekeeping is only upon request. Cons: - No refrigerator - There was no kettle in the room, but they provided one upon request. Overall, I really liked everything. I was happy with my stay."

"I booked this hotel after reading other people's reviews. I was shocked when I got to the room. The big bed was made of two mattresses. There was no mattress or quilt, just a thin sheet. When I asked for a quilt, they gave me a torn blanket. They said that was all they had. The sheets and blankets were also for singles. The air conditioner was a window type, which was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. The rain shower had its own ideas and didn't give you a good shower. The water heater was electric and it was hot and cold. Domestic guest houses are better than this."

"We stayed for one night after arriving late in Moalboal. The hotel is small and very basic. It's clean enough for one night, but nothing more. On the plus side, White Beach is 20 meters away. The room is basic, with a bed, shower, and refrigerator. The road to the hotel is unpaved, so finding the entrance at night is difficult. Thank you for checking us in late at night. I had written to the hotel in advance about a late check-in, as reception is open until 10 PM. In the morning, we went to the beach and then checked into another hotel."

"The location of the place is great. However the room is big let down. They have a old setting of room with old bed. I went with my 3 kids and we left within few hours of arrival. No water in sink, heater not working and they gave kettle to boil water it was so dirty. An old air con with dirty fan, the only pipe that has water the water was spraying in different direction.I booked from *********** and complain regard to this. The accommodation did not even respond to my complaint. Road to this place also not easy so for me to take tuk tuk that night to nearby town for better hotel was so inconvenient with my small kids."

It's close to the sea and they help with organizing excursions. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The only downside is there's no TV or refrigerator."
