"My butler was Cora, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. She was very attentive and responsive, and no matter how late it was, she would always reply promptly whenever I needed assistance.
The view from the room was absolutely beautiful — truly stunning. However, I was slightly disappointed that the room assigned to me was on a relatively low floor, at Level 51. It was still within an acceptable range, but I had originally expected a higher floor. Unfortunately, a higher-floor room was not available. I was also asked by the front desk to wait for more than an hour before a room became available, which was a little disappointing, especially considering that the room rate was not inexpensive.
Regarding cleanliness, I have no complaints. The room was very clean and well-maintained.
As for the service, there was a small issue on the first day. The complimentary fruit platter was not delivered. After I went out for a while and returned to the room, it still had not arrived, so I contacted my butler. She checked with the relevant team and found that it had simply been overlooked by the staff. However, they subsequently made up for it by sending me three fruit platters, which I appreciated.
One area that I feel could be improved is the air conditioning. Personally, I found the room quite warm, even after turning on both air-conditioning units. When I asked about it, I was informed that some of the air vents were mainly decorative and were not actually functional. This was a little disappointing, as I expected the room to be cooler and more comfortable.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, especially because of the beautiful views and attentive service from my butler, Cora. I hope the hotel can continue improving the room allocation process and air-conditioning system to provide an even better experience for future guests."
