設施：停車場在地下，而不是酒店介紹的地面停車場，裝修應是十年左右的，而不是新裝修的，頂多是局部裝修。
衞生：非常好，一應俱全，衞生間乾濕分離，是我看到的設計最合理的衞生間。
環境：一般，在市中心的鬧市區。小城不大，去哪兒都還方便。
服務：第一天到店時，天下瓢潑大雨，前台告知停車場在地下，卻未告知電梯在維修，為了停車，人生地不熟，冒雨地上地下跑，地下找不到上來的路，急的我是熱鍋上的螞蟻，半個小時前台讓電梯維修師傅把我從黑岸中帶出來。以後都服務不錯了。
