服務一流，尤其是停車場後院保安可以和五星級酒媲美。房間比較温馨，服務態度好。房間裏冼澡沒有涼託，沒有護髮素和護手霜，馬桶墊也沒有。做為一個高檔酒店叫人稍感遺憾

衞生：衞生非常乾淨，特別是完全沒有異味和廉價香薰的味道，
環境：離漢台，興漢勝境，濕地公園，美食街都比較方便，
服務：服務人員配備人數非常充分，從前台到服務員都非常熱情大方，
早餐：種類比較豐富，有特色的漿水豆腐和麪皮
