滿意滿意滿意 很滿意
此次出行一共9人 一共訂了三間房，另外還有一輛房車需要停放以便在車裡住宿。門口工作人員引導我們進入停車場時語言溝通方式和態度很不錯，其他工作人員在電梯裏碰到我爸媽端着鍋和碗進入房間還主動説可以借用酒店廚房給寶寶做輔食，晚上主動詢問是否需要宵夜，走的時候也是禮貌辦理退房手續。因為以前也是做服務行業的，能明顯感覺到該酒店的培訓非常到位，不會讓人覺得酒店員工的服務態度很刻意很模式化，一切都很自然。每年都會到處旅遊，住了不少酒店，田園酒店是讓人最驚喜的一家，讓我們一家人對漢中留下了很好的印象。

服務一流，尤其是停車場後院保安可以和五星級酒媲美。房間比較温馨，服務態度好。房間裏冼澡沒有涼託，沒有護髮素和護手霜，馬桶墊也沒有。做為一個高檔酒店叫人稍感遺憾
